I love this place because it is the only place in broken arrow we can find Boars Head products! We just moved to Oklahoma from New York and we love Boars Head!

The store just feels more spread out that it needs to be. Would be nice to have all the frozen items together instead of two separate spots. Also the deli was quiet rude with how they handled my order. They have a system of tickets with no guidance on where to leave your ticket. So people get upset when you ask for guidance. Weird experience.

They have great produce and organic produce every time❣️Sprouts in BA has at least 3 scooters for Handicapped use❣️The only con is that the aisles are narrow and some corners are impossible to make so you have to go all the way around another aisle and come back up to get to things you need. If there's no one else blocking the way, Especially in the supplement aisles. Over all love it💙😍

I was tasked by our Pediatrician to buy supplements for my teen daughter, quite a few of them, and she won't swallow pills, the guy working in the supplements area helped me find each and every supplement I needed, he was knowledgeable and BONUS, he gave me a coupon so I could save money on some of them. He saved me time AND money! He was very nice and professional too! I am 100% satisfied!

Always clean, always stocked. Bought some Salmon, wasn't able to see the prices because the case was fogged up, wish the guy had told me I was paying $6.99 for a single serving of Salmon. Had I known I would have bought an entire fillet.

Very well kept store. Items were relatively easy to find, being my first visit. The products I purchased were excellently prepared, and delicious. I came by on an evening before a snow storm, and it was packed. The cashier was quick and friendly, despite many customers being short and rude, prior to my turn to check out. I did not find there prices out of range, for the quality. Great first experience.

Came in shopping today for a few groceries and the cashier, Hope, didn’t greet me or thanked me. Not only did I receive bad customer service, I get home to find out my whipping cream was missing because she wasn’t paying attention. I had to drive back and ask her for my whipping cream and she laughed and didn’t even say sorry then a woman in a green sweater that appeared to be the supervisor or manager said, “are we checking the cameras?” Blaming me and thinking that I was a lier. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone else as well.

I love Sprouts in general: great produce and meat selections, reasonably priced organic options, and bulk food selections are my favorites. This location, though, has the slowest checkers in the business. I typically spend as much time in line and paying as I do shopping.

They have a lady working at the deli who is terrible, you can never get the right size cuts, otherwise sprouts isn't bad, if you don't like the produce then ask they'll pull some out from the back. Additionally, they often have good meat and seafood sales, make sure to check the ads
