Got us right into a door, but we've been sitting here for 2½ hrs so far with no movement. Bold of them to charge a $750 late fee ( not us, we weren't late) and then make US wait. I HATE shippers and receivers. Whatever happened to customer service?

2100 appointment. In a door at 2030. Doors open and paperwork taken at 2050. 13 hours later I’m unloaded and leaving. Never coming here again. I’ve never been to a decent AWG. Never coming to any of them again. They need to be shut down. All of them

Only complaint is the HUGE LUMPER FEE. I feel like wow $380.00 buxs for dry goods? Worse you get texted they done so you pay but then they still be offloading. Anyhoo hope my company made a profit. Hashtag and pound sign let's go Bandon

My experience was awesome sucks to be yall who have to wait around all day to get unloaded we don't do that we drop and hook and go on to the next one!! Check in guy wasn't that. Nice but I did what he told me to do and told him to have a wonderful day i belive in good karma and bad if your nice to them they'll be nice to you. Don't even ask to try and park overnight I left went to my yard and slept peacefully! Big facility can be intimidating if you never been there or don't know what to do.. !!! NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ALLOWED!!!! Portable Restrooms available at Dock 70. Came at 8:30 PM for 9AM Delivery. Got Dock at 9 PM Done at 12:30 AM Have your safety Vest all the time.

My experience was good! My appointment was at midnight and I checked in at 11pm and was put in a door within 10 minutes of arrival! Staff is friendly! It can be a little tight to back into the receiving docks! Although I've been here for over 4hrs now, I have no complaints! I delivered a load of ice cream and I'm always expecting to be at an grocery warehouse for several hours! I've been doing this job since 2005 and know the routine....

I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here. The staff is friendly, but thats about the only good thing to say about this place. The lumper fees are higher than normal, took 4 hours to get a door, and that was after 40 minutes waiting in line to check in. After getting a door it was another 4 hours to get unloaded. All of this would have been acceptable, but there was no clean bathroom. They had port-a-johns but they were nasty. As soon as you get your paperwork you're forced to leave whether your time is back or not, so dont care about DOT violations. From what I saw there was plenty of room for there to be a staging/parking area if they tried. Again, nothing against the employees I dealt with, but the place is pretty much bottom of the barrel.

Appointments start at 2100. Make sure you get here early because you'll have to wait in line. You check in then pull around the corner of the building and wait for a call. Back in door and they will eventually come to collect your paperwork. Then they'll come again to tell you the price of their extremely expensive lumper service. Then they'll come back later to collect the check. Then wait for hours and hours and hours for them to bring paperwork. I've had a green light for close to 2 hours now and no paperwork. I've delivered here several times as a local driver and it's always 7 hours MINIMUM.

Two stars only because of friendly people over there. Fast unloading and lumper. But....waithing for paper takes forever, I ask lumper stuff and they told me they wait for office to get paper and bring it to me. Appointment was at 9pm, was on gate at 8pm and get door straight away, now is midnight and still waiting, although I get green light after 30 minutes since I backup at the door

100% have to awake whole night for delivery, they won’t let you sleep. Almost all trucks have 9pm appointment, never get you in before 8pm, I got door 10:30, unloaded done 2am, capstone lumper is very bad like usual.
