The worst store ever. Filthy, disorganized, understaffed and not stocked. Product just thrown on the shelves in boxes for customers to tear open to be able to shop the merchandise. Top it off with a bunch of homeless people sitting against the entrance door and it’s not even safe to go in.

It's about what you'd expect from a Dollar Tree. Great place to find cute, inexpensive little gifts for a basket or stocking stuffers. They have cool garden stuff sometimes too. You also can't beat the price for cards and gift bags.

My wife is a crafter. What can i say lol. They have a lot of good deals when you're on a tight budget or just looking to score good deals. 👍

They have raised their prices from $1 to$1.25 but the merchandise is so much nicer and better selections

I was truly hoping it was only small talk of raising prices but they've truly gone and done it! $1.25 each makes some things higher than Walmart. My 3 star rating is primarily for the general quality of customer service at this location and upkeep of the store.

Went there today and was greeted by the rudest cashier. First 5 customers in line and only 1 register open. Not the best way for presentation. 2nd was told no demanded that I put my purse which is a backpack over in the coner on the floor. It is my life link that holds $ ,meds , credit cards ect. Im traveling so you can only imagine what was in it. No one would watch it any freaking person could have taken it. When I said it was my purse it goes were I go. Was told I guess you wouldn't be shopping here. Now how does that work. A mother with a toddler can carry a diaper bag in. I've never used a purse. I was judged a theif. Not a store I will return to in this state. I've never been told leave your worldly belongings by the door so a real theif can have it. I was nicely dressed not like what I have seen here at every street coner and the only one wearing a face mask. You are already raising your rates but dismiss a valuable customer.

The SW 3rd OKC location is unfortunately very dirty and disorganized. The bathroom was filthy despite it being shortly after opening and difficult to get through most aisles from boxes stacked everywhere. The cashier area was also very dirty.

This store was disgusting. The floors were strewn with trash everywhere. It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The shelves were mostly empty. I had to keep stepping over things. That store is an absolute disaster.

Went to check out. Walked up to the single register where a person was working. He didn't look up from whatever he was doing but said they would have to get me on the other register. I was confused since there was nobody there but walked over there anyways. Stood there for well over a minute. I asked "Can you call someone up to help?" And finally looked up and said in a rude and condescending tone "They will be up here in a minute." I looked at him in disbelief at the attitude he had. I didn't mind waiting but I did mind how rude he was. I don't go into dollar tree for a life altering positive experience but I do expect common courtesy. I would LOVE to leave the gentleman's name but his name badge was NOWHERE in sight, and I definitely looked for one. He had black facial hair and was a bit heavier set. Highly recommend discussing how to speak in at least a casual tone to customers since "nice" seems like it would be too challenging.
