Way better then gamestop. My xbox one x I purchased from them started overheating. I asked if I could pay the difference and get a series s ans they let me. Best place to get consoles and games.

Sold a tv I paid over 800 for and Ik things lose value over time and guy went on eBay and they were selling for 600 to 700 and found one that was being sold from a guy for 450 and told me he could on give me 160 this place is a rip off and would not suggest bringing your stuff here just keep it

The place has changed, nothing is how it was before this new look. I would only go if You need a phone and case. Or to sell something because the pawnshop won't give much. Best of luck.. Update: To the Owner: The store needs to revisit it's roots, and be open to new ideals, also plz adjust the current prices of some PC units as the market has changed, and stop filling the walls with nonsense, sry just being honest.

Great prices, just depends on what they have in stock. Buy back and sell prices for used electronics are best in town.

Great place for movies, games, game consoles, phones, tvs ( and more), as well as selling your electronics to them. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I came in near their closing time and they remained friendly even though my purchase was a little after they technically closed.

Horrible! The lady in there was a total with much but with a B. The man helping me was very nice but when the lady came and butted in; she wrecked everything….she was snotty and rude and I just left and didn’t purchase or sell anything and I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EITHER! They need shut down with employees that treat customers that way! I’d give zero stars if it was an option!!!

Bought a screen protector and the kid seemed real eager and offered to install! But then ruined it twice! I came home to use my last one out the pack and wasn’t happy and they didn’t offer to replace the ones they messed up $20 down the drain! Don’t offer and act like you know what you’re doing when you don’t >:/

Went to exchange a Xbox one s because it would randomly freeze after a few hours of play and the controller had horrible stick drift. But was treated very horribly by the girl cashier for just wanting to get something else since all their Xbox’s are in pretty dirty horrible condition they don’t even clean them and the one I was given had black scuffs, dirt and grime stuck in the holes on top and still had some dudes profile on it I had to literally reset the console myself when I got home and was cracked on the corners. So I didn’t want to take another gamble on another one but she(the girl with nose piercing) was rude and just passive aggressive for no reason even though I was polite like I had to tell her to have a good day at the end of the transaction like that should be your job not mine. 🤦 At least the new guy is super nice and friendly. I’m just sick of people getting jobs in a customer service position if they act like you existing annoys them like you don’t have to work there find a job you don’t have to deal with customers if you are rude to customers that aren’t even being rude to you first(also it wasn’t even busy I was the only one in there at the time) but besides that I give two stars because prices are good at least and the new friendly employee helps counter the rude one.

Always had good experiences at the south side store. Recently when to the north to get a iPad got it had a problem with it so took it back and Aaron went up and beyond to make it right. Thank you guys CDR you better be takin care of these guys. Outstanding customer service.
