Every single time I come here there are young , rude , non trained staff. They don’t seem understaffed they just don’t seem to care about the job or customers at all. I’ve never had such bad experiences.

Had an “appointment” for a flu shot, arrived early and had to wait in line 10 minutes with only one person ahead of me just to check-in. The tech was loud and rude. They need at least 2 people helping customers to help things go smoother. The tech printed some paperwork for me set a clipboard and pen and walked off. I took the pen and clipboard and moved to the side and she yelled “Hold On sir, we’re not done yet!!” as she was over by the drive-thru window. Another woman was behind me to pick up a prescription asked politely to make sure the prescriptions in the bag were the right ones. The tech yelled back “You don’t have to yell at me!!“ The woman was shocked and said I didn’t yell at you. I just wanted to make sure I spoke clearly. The tech kept going on and Said “You raised your voice at me!! The woman said I’m sorry but that was not my intention. The tech has a terrible voice for customer service, she is condescending when she asks for insurance. This woman has no business working with people. I’ve now been here 30 minutes and still haven’t got a shot.

The cashier at this location, shields was a bit rude. He was talking to a worker and I had said something, he then asked me to repeat and as I repeated in a louder voice he said, you don’t have to yell! I didn’t yell, I simply spoke louder so that he could hear me through my mask, then he continued saying the people behind me were talking loud. The people behind me were fine and not loud at all, he then said thank you and I hope your day gets better! My day was fine and how dare he assumes I’m having a bad day!!!!! I wasn’t being rude, I explained to him I spoke louder so that he could hear me through my mask! Some people just have no respect and should not be working in a place where you have to interact with customers face to face. I hope he learns the true meaning of customer service!

Walgreens pharmacy hours are horrible. Close at 5:00. Nobody working in pharmacy know what they're doing. They received my scripts yesterday, I called at 3:00 to confirm. They said they were working on it. Came at 4:45 they said they weren't done come back MONDAY. So now I have to wait until Monday for my life saving diabetic equipment....if something bad happens I'm going to have my children file a LAWSUIT!!!

I thought this store had gotten better in the last few months but then they started changing their hours and it all went down hill from there. They are never open anymore, they will close on random week days with no warning and hold your prescriptions for days. Then when they finally do open and you come to pick them up they will tell you that they don't have time to fill them. They shut the inside part down so you can't even go inside and wait anymore for your medications, all you can do is wait in the 2 hour long drive thru line that is wrapped around the building. It's incredibly sad what they are doing to people, especially the elderly people i saw them dealing with the other day. We have no other option in our immediate area for a pharmacy and here they are taking full advantage of that. I have been hung up on, yelled at, and treated so disrespectfully here. I will NEVER go back. They should be ashamed of what they are doing! I feel sorry for the people they have left who do not have another choice but do go to this horrible pharmacy and deal with the awful pharmacy staff working there. I want to know why has this pharmacy been allowed to be so terrible for so long and Corporate Walgreens has not done anything about it? Does no one care? Whats the deal?

They don’t even deserve a 1 star ! Don’t even bother on ordering pictures from here I had ordered a picture 1 day ago so it could be ready the next day for sure because it was a gift just so I can come in the next day & for them not to have it ready & tell me I have to wait 20 + minutes more ! That’s the reason I ordered ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait . I had called earlier today to let them know I was coming & they never answered the phone also smh .

I had a test on 8/4. I scheduled online, it advertised 1-24 hour wait. I arrive, an told 3-4 day wait. Since I was already there I went ahead, even though I was frustrated with the false advertising. On day 3 still no result, so I call and I am told it will be 3-5 more days because the lab pick up was late. Understandable. I was hung up on 4 times. I asked for a manager, none were on duty. The staff refused to give me the phone number to the district manager, their license # or any information at all. I asked for an appointment for another test, again they refused to help whatsoever. I am filing complaints about the mishandling of my tests. Absolutely inept pharmacy and staff.

Decided to try out the new Express Service at the Walgreen's pharmacy. The store has a designated spot for Express customers. After you pay for your RX online, you receive a picture of scan code for Walgreen's to scan at their register. It is supposed to quickly verify it's been paid for, then you are given your RX and leave. Easy-peasy. You don't have to wait in the line with non-express customers. You are waited on before others standing in the regular line. The entire transaction should take less than 60 seconds and you're done! I waited in the designated Express line for 3 minutes behind the man that was being helped when I walked up. Six people were sitting/standing awaiting their prescriptions. There were four employees working. There were 6 cars waiting in the drive thru. I thought to myself, "This Express thing looks like a real timesaver." I stood with my scan code loaded on my cellphone. I held it up in front of my chest so it could be easily seen by pharmacy staff. When the tech finished with the man in front of me she immediately started entering his RX info into her computer. Another worker started helping the people in the drive thru while I stood on the express lane, unacknowledged with my scan code brightly lit on my phone. For the next 6 minutes, nobody in the store received anything. Nobody working even made eye contact with me, much less asked to help me - standing alone at the counter for now 9 minutes for Express service. Finally, the tech asked what I needed. I held up my phone and politely told her I had express pickup for an RX. She got the prescription, but had no idea what my scan code was for. I explained to her about their Express Service. She said she didn't know anything about that. I patiently explained she just needed to scan it and hand me my prescription. She could not get it to scan. I turned the brightness on my phone to maximum, but she still could not get it to scan. She said "it's not working and expected me to pay by a different method." Having already paid for it online, I didn't want to pay for it twice. She became irritated with me and impatiently snapped, "Well, it's not working" then looked me dead in the eye without any further comment. Just staring at me. Waiting. Waiting for me to pay again because she didn't know anything about this Express service Walgreen's had running for over a year. I didnt reply, just looked back at her. She finally said to me, "Well, it's not working" with a lengthy pause then continued "what else do you want me to do - it doesn't work!" Now, I have finally gotten impatient and blurted back "If you don't know what to do. ask someone!" The other workers heard me and finally came over to help. She could not get the code to scan either. She manually entered the few-digits from my scan code on my phone. Immediately, it went through. Took 13 minutes for me, the singular customer at any of their pharmacy counters, to get (read with sarcasm) my speedy, Express service. The 6 people standing and sitting awaiting their prescriptions all agreed they would never bother trying it after seeing all the trouble I had to go through. Even sadder? I had tried this express service a year ago, when it first rolled out. I had the same interaction with the same problems that the employee had absolutely no clue what their Express Service even was. I thought I'd give them a year to work out the bugs and train people. I emailed Walgreen's and told them of my 1st experience when it happened. I wanted to give the a second chance before I wrote a review. They wasted an entire year. Emploees still aren't trained and my experience for both visits were the Express Service takes about 20 minutes. Don't bother trying it. It's a disgrace. A good idea with no training or follow-thru turns out a very, bad idea.

Went for covid test. Staff was incredibly impolite and impatient. Made my four year old cry. Would not let me read instructions for test and gave only partial instructions. Had to switch lanes in drive thru twice due to no signage and broken equipment. Will never return to this location. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. No manners.

The staff is super friendly. I came in with a weird situation with an online order of photos and the young woman who helped me had a solution immediately. I really appreciated her help and absolutely did not mind waiting. She was so friendly and kind and I only regret I didn't notice her name because I'd love to shout her out to her manager, but honestly, with the way she was essientially running the whole front of house, I'd say she IS the manager. Thanks again to her and I definitely will be coming back!
