This absolutely THE worst pharmacy in OKC. The pharmacy staff is always rude and arrogant, they’re frequently closed because “no pharmacist is on duty” and they’re drive through window is frequently “out of order” (usually when it’s cold outside, I don’t think they like cold air coming in through the drawer). But the worst part of it is the attitude from the staff, just ridiculous.

This is the worst Walgreens to use if you use the Pharmacy. They will send you a text saying your prescription is ready to pick up, then when you go, wait in line forever just to get up to the counter and them tell you NO, it's either not ready yet or it's TOO SOON and can't be filled till the next day! This has happened over and over! When you call, they put you on hold, then you hear someone pickup then immediately put you back on hold.They do this repetitively over and over until you finally decide to hang up after an hour! Horrible customer service!

The pharmacy decided to close early because they were short handed. The lady working didn’t want to put in my daughter’s insurance information in. She told me, “I could do it.” She was very rude. I get it, if you hate your job just quit!!

Clean store but the team that works here (with exception of about one person on average) is about as friendly as .... Oh, and don't even get me started on the pharmacist in this place. Certainly not working to serve anyone but their own career. Update: now here we are in September 2022 and they still provide the slowest service ever. 2.5 hours and counting waiting on just a steroid and antibiotic.

So, a few years ago, I stopped getting my prescriptions filled at Walgreens because of the ridiculously long lines, the long phone holds, the unbelievable screwups, prescription losses, etc. But, last week i was extremely busy and wasn’t able to make the drive to my pharmacy 20 miles away, but since i didn’t need them until the following day, i reluctantly decided to have walgreens fill them. Well, this was last Thursday, which was 5 days ago! I attempted to call Walgreens to check the status of them, but it is impossible because as soon as my call is transferred to the pharmacy, I am immediately placed on hold. Then when the system starts to ring again to alert the pharmacy employees to answer the line, i get stuck back on hold! i literally just timed a full hour of holding before i gave up and hung up. i’ve done this two other times since thursday, too! I’ve now gone without my daily blood pressure pill for 5 days! i can’t reach anyone by phone and when i went in there and managed to speak to someone, they blamed the insurance company! I understand about the shortage of employees, but being unable to reach pharmacy staff for days is really messed up. ,

This Walgreens is a horrendous phamacist. He has ducked out of the window twice when telling me he can’t fill my script because he is closing soon. He told me I had to go to the ER ($150!) FOR MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE! I’m an essential worker and have never talk bad about another essential worker, until now. I drive by this Walgreens often and imagine how many families he’s hurt because of this. $150 is a lot of money! I get they are short staffed. I think the whole medical field is short staffed, yet this guy managed to act like my 7 year old nephew instead of holding the standards of a medical professional.

Worst Walgreens ever the Pharmacist don't want to work just always they give some or the other excuse and not work , the Walgreens on Hefner and Rockwell is the best. I drive 25 minutes to go there and worth it. I JUST HATE THIS Walgreens on 122nd and MacArthur. Guys just learn to help and work its a place where people come to get medications. Take your work seriously or just quit if you don't want to work

What an awful pharmacy. If you'd like to be cut off while you're trying to talk to one of their reps in the drive through over and over again this is the place for you. Wether it was giving my name, insurance info, or trying to confirm my Rx, they treat their customers like they are an inconvenience. After coming inside to clarify my RXs being sent to the wrong pharmacy or not at all, the pharmacist told me I had to wait for my PCP's office to open back up and have them re send it. After showing him my Rx through my Integris portal for antibiotics he simply turned me away without the extra minute to look closely at my Rx and help me find a solution. If you want terrible customer service and not to be assisted with getting the medication you need go to the Walgreens off MacArthur and 122nd. These people don't have the capacity to be advocates for their customer's health, nor the compassion and patience to put a little extra effort into making sure I get my RX and am healthy.

Me- Willing to go to any Walgreens for a medication that was out of stock. Politely asking which Walgreens has it in stock… Pharm Tech- (exact words) “We can look that up but we are really behind & short staff today so we can’t.” I was polite, nice, and patient… and they were completely unwilling to even attempt to help me. I would not recommend.
