My experience at In Motion fitness was great! I came in with some injuries and Lauren helped me out and did great work to help me rehab and get back on my feet. She was very nice and professional and handled herself well. I am now injury free as I go back to college and start y season! I would 100% reccomend In Motion Fitness to anyone that needs rehab.

I came into In-Motion for physical therapy with a herniated disk injury around February. As a young athlete, I was heartbroken that I didn't have the mobility I was used to anymore. I had difficulty walking and flexibility was almost entirely out of the picture. I met with Lauren and quickly my back injury got better and better. I am so thankful for this business that is attentive to their clients needs and serves quality to the best of their ability. Roughly four months later, the effects of my back injury have almost entirely reversed and I feel so much better than I thought I would. Thank you!

Lauren and Andrew have been amazing with our 9 year old son. He has improved and gained more confidence after his accident with their help. If you want a place that cares about their patients and their recovery this is the best place to go.

In Motion Fitness is excellent! Dr. Miller has helped me through back, shoulder, and ankle issues that I came across in my sport. In addition to helping me recover, he has helped me strengthen the muscles and given me ways that I can prevent the issues in the future.
