I've known Gary since 1976 & can honestly say that the Grigsby family still operate under the "old school" standards, which means that what he tells you is what he'll do. Along with excellent radiator service, ask Gary about used battery sales.

Been trying to get my car in here to get the frame pulled out for 5 months. The guy keeps saying give me another week. Give me 2 more weeks. Etc. He always says he will call when the project he is working on is done and he never does. Still haven’t been able to get my car in to get the frame pulled like he said he would be able to. If he didn’t want to do it, all he had to say was “I don’t want to mess with it”. He doesn’t have to keep putting it off and saying that he will get to it in the next week or two. I’ve been driving my husbands truck around. I had my daughter 5 months ago and it’s getting hard to get her in and out of the truck (it’s a large truck). And it eats up gas. I was really hoping he would do what he said he was going to do and get my car in and get it fixed.
