This place is awesome! My hair was messed up from attempting a split dye and the girls here gave me awesome advice and ways to fix it. I can say, my hair looks great and the girls who helped me are LOVELY. 100% deserve the 5 star reviews!

I get covid standards but a sign would be nice not an employee yelling at you for walking in. Only 1 person is allowed in the store not sure just was told to wait outside with the crowd. No thank you not with that attitude and no explanation

If i could I’d give this location 0 stars. Last time i will ever go to this location, the employees are super rude and seem to hate their job and every customer that walks in. I ordered online to pick up in store, and although i had a text saying my order was ready for pick up, they made me wait outside in line because of their 6 person policy. When i was finally let in to pick up my order she hardly spoke to me and never apologized for the wait or anything. Awful customer service. Never going back again.

Every time I walk into this location, I don’t feel welcome. I was literally the only customer in the store and - I believe it was the manager- was talking about having to watch someone because of “sticky fingers.” Again, I was the only one in there. I can only assume she was talking about me so I put my stuff that I was going to buy away and walked out. I will not shop here. They don’t make anyone feel welcomed and that they hate what they’re doing. Anyway, Sally’s if you’re reading this- do better.

I live closer to this location but I will go to the Harvard location anytime now. Every time I walk into this store the workers are super rude. The owner or manager is particularly rude no matter how her customers are - I’ve worked in sales for a long time and I know how tough it can be to deal with the public- so even when I was treated badly as a customer, I’m nice. I recently went to the Harvard location and I will now literally drive a little further to not be treated badly. Treating your good customers so hatefully will come back to bite you in the butt.

I usually have a good experience with all the employees that work at this location. However, there is one in particular that ruins it for me, every time I come in the store she is too eager to want to help me find something. I usually walk in knowing what I need and where it is located, but even if I tell her I don’t need help, 2 seconds later there she is asking if I need help finding something. I could be holding a product in my hand and this girl will ask me if I need help finding something. I get that sometimes people DO need help finding something but her presence is overwhelming and I try to not come into this store when she is working.

Absolute the worse shopping experience I’ve ever encountered!the older black lady stood at the end of the isles watching us like we were thieves! We felt so rushed and extremely uncomfortable by the way she was glaring at us we ended up just getting products because we felt we couldn’t take the time to really shop bcz if her glare!when we went to checkout she rang me up and never said Hi,Bye,thank you,,she was just hateful!! I won’t tolerate this just because I’m a white women and she’s black and extremely racist!Reading other reviews it seems like it’s not just us that have dealt with her! I’m calling corporate Monday and I will leave a complaint!!

Now contrary to my review to Harvard, this location is very well run. The manager Leslie is absolutely amazing and nice. Working underneath her was amazing, she gives everyone a chance to exceed and learn. If your a customer she and her girls will definitely get exactly what you need and or something better. They also welcome everyone coming in and say goodbye to guests leaving. They are sometimes very busy so if it takes awhile for them to get to you be assured they will! They are very friendly and extremely helpful. I love this location and highly recommend it to everyone that asks! It may be a little bit more of a drive but it is well worth the experience! Very professional.
