MAJOR KAREN ALERT! The employee working decided immediately that we were going to steal from the store. She walked behind us step for step. I told my kids we were leaving, on the way out I looked at the rude salesperson and told her that you are rude that was not okay you're very rude person"(me & my teenage daughters)We barely made it down the 1st aisle!!

I and several other members of my family (who recommended it) have been very happy with experiences in this store. I was glad to see they have many products free of parabens and sulfates. I was also excited about their cruelty free products! The manager was kind with helpful suggestions!

There's a really mean lady working at this location! I wanted to know about my hair products and an older woman working in here was so extremely rude and unhelpful. She slammed her keys down in frustration (maybe she needed to go smoke and I was keeping her). this is one too many times of a bad thing, Sally should hit the reset button

Google said store closes at 7 went around 6:45 to pick up hair dye and doors were already locked.

bought eyelash glue from here and it was already dried up, crusty and expired. Then the lady doing the return was extremely rude, tried giving me another crusty glue, and was being huffy puffy like it was an inconvenience for her? I see why they’re going out of business.

Went into this store at tulsa hills, Wanted haircolor for my daughter, I told lady what i wanted to do. She gave me the hair color + it called for 3oz of developer said it should work. Did my daugjters hair it did nothing.same color as it was. Big disappointment. Ladies make sure you get the right person and be sure its what you need to go with it.

I really love my main location on Harvard, but I often use this location when Harvard is out of stock of items that I need. This location tends to have what I need, so they’re easily a next “go-to”. I appreciate y’all always having what I need when I didn’t plan ahead and want to do my hair RIGHT NOW. 😂

Every time I visit this Sally’s I completely dread seeing the woman with the short salt and pepper bob. Not only will she not stop going on and on about the Sally’s card, she also insults the products that I buy! These are staples in my hair care routine! Also I spend well over $100 on these products! This time I set my products down on the counter and she said “Wow, what a mess of things you have! And none of them I would personally recommend trying.” I didn’t respond I just kept trying to stick my chip in the machine so I could leave ASAP. Then she goes on to say “Don’t buy that hair mask buy this one.” She grabs the one sitting next to her register... I understand pushing sales! I am a manager of a retail store but insulting guests is not the way to go about it. This is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience with her and usually I would never write a negative review but I’ve had enough of her.

I really love this Sally Beauty location. The staff there is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I do a lot of things to my hair and they are always able to help answer questions and give valuable feedback. They are also very compassionate when you explain you are low on money and help you to find cost-effective solutions for beauty issues. A++
