Had to go back Bryon ran the power wore through my window wiper drain spout instead of the grommet in the wall. In doing so he disconnected my hose for my window wiper fluid. He also bolted my amp to my box. Now I have to wait a week and go back just for him to fix it. The power wire at the battery is kinked over and sticking up. None of this looks professional. If you go don't let him work on your car.

My friend went to have stereo system put in. $450 worth. They screwed up his whole electral System. And still has not contacted him about fixing it either. You want this business in Shawnee?

Overall a good experience. I’ve used them for several things from stereo, speakers, alarm, locks, tint. Phone etiquette isn’t the best but get your vehicle to them and they’ll do a great job for you.

Went in about a month ago looking to spend my stimulus on a new stereo system, New head unit door speakers and subs. The whole car basically.Bryan was the guy I talked with, very poor customer service. He took my car info and the budget I was looking to spend and picked out all of the speakers and equipment to put in my car. I had no say in what he was doing. When I asked what he was planning on putting in he told me the brand of speakers. I asked about them since I hadn’t heard of that brand before and was told “oh you’ll like them” that was the end of the convo. Would not give me anymore information. So I go ahead and plan a date for the install (2 weeks out) when the day comes he does the install of my door speakers and my sub system the work was done well. However Bryan said he “dropped the ball” and forgot to order my dash kit two weeks prior and that they ordered it and in a few days to a week tops it would arrive. So no head unit was installed. The next week goes by and I hear nothing so I call and ask and get told it hasn’t arrived and that he would call me when it got there. Another week goes by and I finally get a call that he can now install my head unit that I paid for a month ago.. Planning a date to go back up there was a bit difficult because my work hours and their open hours are identical. Bryan was not willing to do anything to help me in that regard. I had to beg my boss to let me off early again to get the install done. This time the work was not good. He cracked my dash in 2 different places and messed up connecting my rear door speakers to the new head unit and they are not working. On top of that I had not been offered anything for the extended wait on the head unit so I asked him to install a 1000w amp that I had gotten so I could go up a size in sub speakers. He tried making me pay for the install so I reminded him of his mistake and nothing being done about it and he said he would try if there was enough time before close. He got done 30mins before close and ended up not installing my amp because according to him it would run my bigger speakers. That was not the case the amp was too small. I got the feeling he just didn’t want to do it. All in all part of the work was good, part of the work was not good and the service was terrible. I will not be returning here or recommending this spot to anyone I know.

I wanted to use this place it was a nice weekend and I wanted to redo my car. I’m not a fan of the competition l, but I work Monday-Friday and can’t ever get a chance to buy from here. Luckily I was able to get all 6 speakers and subs and amps from the competitors, and got it all in. Should look into being closed sun-mon your losing business.
