Commercial Manager lacks respect for women in the automotive repair industry and is reflected by not only his actions and words but also by and through his employees. The lack of professionalism to all customers was again obviously an ongoing problem as a female customer of my co-owners was treated with disrespect as well as her vehicle will be non running until at least Tuesday because a counter cashier ordered our customer the wrong parts for her vehicle.

Got the fuel filter wrong, but luckily wasn't the issue so returned it for refund. 2x now my parts were incorrect, last it was the pads for my drum brakes, again luckily they didn't need replacing so returned for a refund.

I have only visited this place once.or twice but I found that they are very helpful and friendly.

They have just about anything you can think of and what they don't have they can usually get for you overnight. I did some pair prices of a few things and ended up buying some stuff online because it was so much cheaper. I bought a Chevy blend door actuator for the automatic climate control online because it was $100 cheaper but I ended up sending it back and getting another one and hope this one works. So if you don't mind waiting a week for online and then going through the incredible painstaking process of installing it and then finding out it doesn't work and doing it all over again you can go online, otherwise it's best to just pay the extra and get it here and not wait weeks for online and hassle of install reinstall.
