The lady was very nice and polite great customer service. I didn't care for that Mazda. The outside was filthy and inside needed vacuuming. The cup holder was dirty too. For $98 a day you would think they would have given me a clean car.

This was the absolute easiest transaction ever. My car was ready when I got there and I saved $150 by going with them for the week.

The sales rep was incredibly rude, the vehicle I was rented still had open candy bars and feminine products in the glove box, candy wrappers under the backseat, and food gunk on the dash buttons. Not a great feeling getting into this vehicle with our current global health climate. Will not be renting from here again.

This was by far the worst car rental experience I've ever had and will never go through this company AGAIN!!. 1. Budget rental and Avis may function as if there one company but when it comes to disagreement about charges the document you may have as a customer will not match the information the customer service rep will be viewing. THEREFORE the confusion creates a very frustrating experience and my sales rep Alex was a very poor representation of customer satisfaction for what ever company he is representing. Beware !!!!!!

Slightly odd location with very little room to pull in/out, but that's not what you're there for so not a huge deal. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and vehicles were clean. They were still nice to me even after I locked the keys inside my rental. It was awful but they popped the lock and got me on my way.

I’ve dealt with this company for 3 weeks. Trying to get a car. Both male and female seems to be rushing you off the phone. It’s always, they never know when they will have cars. I was also told not to book online because it’s not guaranteed. The fact they never know when they will have cars is disturbing. If I call in the morning they will say call tomorrow or they don’t know with a silence. Very odd. Once I finally got the car, check in was quick and Easy but the male wasn’t friendly. Didn’t say much to me at all.

OMG! I worked for a car rental company in the past, so I know about customer service. Budget went beyond my expectations. They actually looked for the best deal for me without hesitation. The quality car that I received was superb. During these tough economical times in America, customer service has suffered in many companies but Budget gave me hope again!! I am sharing my true experience, this is not a paid individual. The office where I picked up the car had the best customer service ever. I just loved my experience with Budget. They are quintessential customer service. Will definitely use them again!
