I've used cash America on and off for years in Oklahoma City and haven't had any problems. This particular store in Tulsa is a different story however. I spent several $100 buying tools from them over the course of a couple weeks . I was thinking this was kind of building a customer relationship with him. That wasn't the case at all however . I just spent a $120 at o'reilly's a couple days before buying a buffer New in the case and needed cash that day so I took it to the pawn shop there and just wanted to get 20 bucks out of it just to get through the day . I was being really generous on my part only asking for 20 bucks But the Mexican girl who Was the manager on duty at The time not only insulted me Lynn salted me by offering me $5 but she also insulted the fact that it was an offbrand tool. Which in this case was o'reilly's brand That they carry power torque. Obviously it's not snap on, but it's not a bad brand and it's definitely not a taiwan knock off. She didn't stop there though. It was mostly her attitude And the enjoyment she was getting out of trying to impress her CO workers by Making me look bad. Very unprofessional and very uncalled for Especially since she didn't know what she was talking about to begin with . They have officially lost my business for good

Had an issue years ago with cash america and left a bad review, but since that one hiccup they have been pretty good to me and I definitely would recommend the memorial location in the future for your pawn needs, good people.

These people are try8ng to make 200 percent on your item. Not worth while. Went in with a 100 sub and wanted to give me 10 bucks. Bunch of losers

I bought a TV from them after looking at 4 other pawn shops. They were the cheapest and showed me it worked well. Also came with remote. They even helped carry it out to my car. Very helpful and great stuff

WARNING!!! DONT GO HERE. If you do. Do your research. You think your getting a good deal but your not. They charge new prices. For used items. Bought a used gun for $200. Found out it sales for $150 brand new in stores. They are ripping people off that dont know. I made that mistake and they wouldnt refund my money even with the receipt. I also informed them about there pricings. That they were charging new prices plus more for used items. All they do is shrug there shoulders. 1 employee agreed with me about the pricing and said there ripping people off. And its not right. Some people dont know how to check on prices. So they take advantage of that.

I bought a Floor jack for the store. Of course there's no way to actually check it unless you jack a car. Paid $75. Dollars for it. Took home tried needless to say I jack up and slowly eased back down. Took it back to the store in less than 24hours. Since I didn't purchase there warranty, they only gave me half of what I paid for it. "Wow" they won't see me again.

Got a pawn for my Switch here. I was 2 days late to pick it up but they already sold all of my games but not the system. How can that be? I had a lot of games. I don't think a customer came and bought them all. I am thinking someone in the company either stole my games or bought them at cut-throat rates as a worker there. Whatever happened, I am warning all of my friends and I don't think I will be pawning anymore. I did not expect a supposedly professional company to treat their customers like this. Be cautious, I would probably avoid these Cash America places. They might even be scammers or something.

I had loaned on my Xbox One X with 12 games and 4 controllers. The ticket was coming due so I requested they hold it and they agreed. When I went to retrieve my items some MF had put it on the sale floo! But before that happened, one or more of their employees got ALL of my games and controllers! All I had left was the system and they wanted to charge me a "like-new" price to get it back. I would save a whopping 20 bucks with them, who already made me mad. I told them to F off, I'm not paying a new system price after one of you chumps just ripped me off my games and controllers then insult me by charging me nearly retail to get my system back. Like they're saying "Hey buddy, we really screwed YOU over, and to make up for it, here's this One X of yours you can have back for a mere $480. Like... W....T.....F...... I am going to find their corporation number and return that middle finger right back at them. Also. I won't be doing business at ANY of their locations EVER again and neither will anyone I happen to meet, cause they WILL hear about this. Everyone I know.

My first trip to a pawn shop (not even my first choice, but the one closest to me was closed). I drove 25+ minutes, when I got there The clerk didn’t ask me anything about the item I was pawning (a $2000 necklace) he checked if it was real gold, offered me $250. I asked for $300 he said that’s to high. I took $275, mainly because I didn’t want to spend my afternoon driving to different pawn shops. #NeverPawningAnythingAgain #FthesesPeople
