I've been using this pharmacy for years. The reason I'm rating one star is because of a single pharmacist. The usual pharmacist is fantastic, she knows my family by name as we all fill here. However, when the older gentleman is here from whatever his usual pharmacy is, the service is atrocious. I have currently been standing here for 24 minutes with no one but me in line, no one on the phone and he hasn't even acknowledged me. I finally had to just tell him, sir I have prescriptions ready and have to get to work. And then he was rude and acted like I was pulling him away from a life or death situation.

This pharmacy used to be wonderful now it's horrible. The wait time are hours even after you are given a certain time. I was told 24hrs to fill last time I went and 7 hours yesterday for two prescriptions. Customer is rude everytime. Switching pharmacys after being there 6 years extremely disappointed.

I scheduled a covid vaccination appointment online for 1/21/22 at 4pm. Called and spoke to a pharmacy tech on that same day who confirmed they had vaccines in stock. (I had my appointment canceled at a different location because they were out of stock). I got a confirmation email that my appointment was scheduled, but when I got the the store the pharmacy was completely shuttered with no signs or indication that they would be open later. I sat and waited for more than 15 minutes after having successfully checked in for my appointment, before a target employee asked if I was waiting for the pharmacy. I told her I was, and she informed me they were understaffed, so they closed for the day without telling anybody or leaving any signage. My appointment was just a covid vaccine, but I can't imagine how they can just close shop in the middle of the day when people might need their medication! Definitely won't return to this location, and won't use cvs for any future prescriptions or shopping.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are very fast and never any long lines. They work to get you the best price available and let you know if they have concerns about interactions with other medication. They recognize us when we walk in. I totally trust them and recommend them to everyone!!

This is the best pharmacy we've ever used. Unfortunately, we've seen a lot over the years:-(( . Very courteous and efficient and ALWAYS wants to explain everything to you regarding the medicine, with a great attitude! They don't talk "down" to you if you ask questions. So glad we found CVS.

This used to be the best pharmacy in my opinion. I went in recently to get a script filled, and the pharm tech (Brandy) was nothing short of rude, and unfriendly.I mentioned it to the pharmacist (Christine) and she seemed to care less. and above all else, they are SOOOOOO slow. its unreal.
