Came to this store since it is nearby me. I order a new phone online and had to return my old phone. I saw on the website that you can turn it at any T-Mobile store. So I went to this one only to be met with a rude employee. She told me that I needed to get a label and that they didn’t take trade ins. Even after I told her the website said I could take it to a store. She was rude and said in Spanish that online orders are shipped back. Store was empty and the other associate was helping the only one customer they had. I drove to another T-Mobile store that was busy and they helped me out bette than she did. Definitely not coming here again after my first time visiting them.

Although the hassle of getting a new device can be somehow stressful, I’m pleased to share that this store has been by far my best experience. The sales team is composed by a very professional yet eager to help group of young, energetic employees. I’m very grateful for their assistance especially Miguel who was highly knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you all!!!

My experience with this T-Mobile location was awesome. Customer service is a 10. Miguel took care of us and he knew exactly what we needed. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I love to go into a place and leave satisfied. Definitely surpassed my expectations. Thank u Miguel.

The staff at this T-Mobile is the BEST!!!!!! They were able to help me get a phone that fits my needs. They are the best and any issue they fix it. I was able to buy my phone, and get all my accessories all at once!!!

One of the worst experiences of my life at a T-Mobile ! It is during the Christmas holidays and my husband took my daughter into this store to get her a new phone for Christmas. They suggest to my husband to trade his phone in to two new iPhone XR. They examined the phone and said they was no water damage and decided to accept the phone and do the upgrade. He went back to the car get his card and when he came back they said they didn’t want to accept it. What changed in that small amount of time? If that wasn’t bad enough they had activated one of the phones so they had to disconnect it. He was at T-Mobile for an hour and walked out with nothing. Do not have your staff so quick on the gun to make a sell and waste ppls time. It’s horrible that this is the closest T-Mobile to our house.

i signed up for a prepaid plan today and for whatever reason I get no phone signal in my entire house making it totally useless. The store said sorry no refunds I went to ATT on the same day and found rhe same plan at a better monthly rate. I get perfect reception in my home. i would not recommend T Mobile as a provider

Went to the store to re-sign with T-Mobile after a bad experience with another carrier. Elizabeth (Eli) did a wonderful job with competency and patience to correct some mistakes on my profile and get everything done perfectly. She is the best.

Love love love this location. Everyone here is super friendly and quick to help out with any issues. I’ve come a couple of times and it’s been great. I don’t get how anyone would leave a bad review. Guess they were trying to play the system because when I go in the store they help everyone. The manager is top notch. She helped the other employee out when he needed help. Definitely will be coming here

Maylin and Guillermo are exceptional . They helped me activate two new lines and took their time from the beginning to end. I’m extremrly glad I made the switch to T-Mobile solely on the fact that they’re service was excellent . I will definitely be coming back to this store.
