Nice and organized stock, fair prices. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is simply referring to the other reviews regarding the behavior of the staff. It's really not all of them but the transgender that works the front desk is standoffish and that creates an uncomfortable environment

Good selection of items but staff is not very friendly. One of the more recent times I went here, when I asked for help with seeing Yu-Gi-Oh cards in the case, I could see the employee was annoyed that I needed assistance. I thought maybe they were just having a rough day and before I left I smiled and said that I hope they have a good day and they actually grunted at me. Kinda funny.. but not very professional. Everyone there just seems to hate their job and its noticeable to the customers

smells like nerd and body odor in there, but other than that you can get a good deal on old used games. don't buy modern games there though. if you want a good deal on the newest generation of games, go to GameStop and buy their used games. their used games are the exact same as their new ones and they're cheaper. here, i get 3ds games and they're pretty cheap but their Xbox and playstation ones are too. also, they don't wipe the memory of some of their games and some cartridges have been damaged. i bought cooking mama from there and i i have to keep on reinserting and wiping off the sensors in order for it to work.

This afternoon I traded in 60 games (on Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS2, PS3, Nintendo DS and Switch) and received an offer of $28 cash or $42.47 in credit. When, for example, the PS2 game prices range from $4.99-14.99, this seems outright predatory towards customers. Additionally, the shopping environment contains all the charm of a DMV, and employees are disinterested at best, hostile at worst. Extremely disappointed and unimpressed.

I like to see multiple stores and this one like it's other is always a treat to visit for they always have great finds for all generations and they won't charge an arm and leg for merchandise.

Great, friendly staff and have everything I was looking for. Also had no problem calling me two years later when a game I was looking for came in.

We were looking for Season 3 and 4 of Boston Legal on DVD. This store had Season 3 and ordered Season 4 for us. I was able to use a coupon and paid for them. We took S3 home with us and got S4 in the mail yesterday. Great experience!

Bought two new PS3 controllers. Both tested fake on our system and neither had pressure sensitive buttons required for some games. Store only wanted to exchange for real used ones which had noticeable differences from the fakes. In the end Vintage Stock reluctantly refunded all but 10 dollars for a restock fee. Some other poor bloke will undoubtedly have to go through the same experience.

So I was up there this weekend. I'm not sure what happened but I had 18 movies at 1.99 each in the bogo section the girl said 1 wasn't but it was .99 so that means 1.99 and .99. Remember those numbers haha. So 16 at 1.99 each which is $32 roughly so that would have been 16$ +$3=$19 tax at .085 would have been 20.65$ she kept say it was $28 and change. I think she was only taking $1 each movie off. I ended up putting 3 back and it ended up being $15 and some change........not sure if she's new or what but on these kinds of sales I think you need to have a calculator or something up there for the kids. It was pretty frustrating when I already had the total calculated out. Just a heads up. She seemed defeated as she saw my stack as well she side a bit. But it's all good I guess kind of frustrating I had to put those back. As I am always buying movies from yall
