The guy running the show here has some severe mental health issues and likes to take it out on randomly selected customers. He should be ashamed and his position nullified. The owners on the other hand are atrocious people, so it's no wonder.

The self service car wash severely overcharges compared to what it says on the digital display. I’ve used this place twice in the past month and the first time it said it was around $5 on the display but I just checked my credit card and they charged me $15. second time was around $6 and they charged me $20. $35 for using a pressure washer and foamy brush is wild. I’ll just wash my car at home.

Everything worked well but it seemed over priced. $1.50 for a single disposable glass cleaner wipe that wouldn't even come close to being enough for your car. $2 to use the vacuum for not very long and wasn't very powerful. Went there to wash my truck and ended spending close to $20.

Yes you have to hit the stop button. But if you know that this place is awesome. Great pressure on the sprayer. Clean and well-maintained. Not expensive. They do except credit cards. What more could you ask for in a coin-op?

There were zero working stalls this morning. (Far right blocked off, second from right no brush, two on left had zero pressure)Charged my credit card 10 dollars to pump out air instead of soap and water. Owner or attendant was on site and came to swipe his card to show me it worked, and instead showed that it indeed charges your card but not that the pumps work. Tried to vacuum my car for $2. Vacuum lasted 3 or 4 minutes. $2.00 vacuums the whole vehicle anywhere else. Pretty clear gouging. This place shouldn't be in business under its current condition. Was even hassled by the attendant for putting the trash from my car into the dumpster because "some people dump their home trash there". Was pretty clearly cleaning my car out, not dumping bags of my "home trash". $12 later and I still have a dirty car and only my backseat vacuumed. Don't usually like to leave bad reviews for small business but it's clear this one needs to be repaired or sold to someone who will repair and run properly. Edit in response to owner: Myself and another woman both told you there was no pressure and you directed us both to a laundromat for a refund. There wasn't a mention of a free wash or vacuum, but its hard to see how you could do that considering the pump wasn't working. Plenty of opportunity for it. My review will stand. Fix the equipment or put an out of order sign up so people can avoid paying money for nothing. Had to travel to Medford to find a car wash that worked.

Really good water pressure and powerful soap. You have to press the green button to end credit card charges not use dial to “stop”. Learned the hard way.

Just used this self serve car wash, today. The water came from the wand at a sprinkle on every setting, wash, rinse, whatever. You’ll need patience and a LOT of quarters to wash and rinse your car.

Update. 8/21/22 I don't know why I went here again, because as usual, it took over $3 (12 quarters), and never came on. It just read deposit 7 more quarters. The owner needs to do a better job of maintaining the machines. This time I texted the number on the door, and no reply. Every time I go here something isn't working. I have left notes for management with my name and phone number, but never hear from them. Yesterday the machine took 10 quarters before it would operate, but only worked for a couple minutes. Sometimes it seems to take forever for it to go from "soap" to "rinse" and I have to add a whole bunch more money to finish rinsing. It's honestly cheaper to drive all the way to Phoenix and use that carwash. It costs about half as much, and always works flawlessly. I won't be going back to this place, even though I live in Ashland.

Easy Pull-Thru Stalls. Spacious enough for our big Truck…. Sprayer reaches easily all around vehicle. Just be aware that you HAVE TO HIT STOP BUTTON to stop the charges… we used credit card but you could enter cash too…

DO NOT COME HERE, EVER. I try to take care of my car as best I can. I know hand-washing your car at home is the best way to go about it but I really don't have that option. I won't even talk about how run down this place is, or how the price is a rip off because ultimately it does not matter. They could give away car washes for free and I would not come here, ever, EVER again. After I came home from this wash I found lots and lots of SCRATCHES ALL OVER MY CAR. Let me be clear, I know how to take care of my car. I've also been to pretty much every self-serve car wash in the valley and I've never had this happen before. Now I get to pay over $200 to get the cars clear coat repaired. (And no, the car didn't even get clean). Do not come here, do not EVER come here. If this place has any decency or stood behind their products at all, they would pay for the cost of the detailing, but I'm not stupid enough to expect any form of professionalism from this place. I cannot emphasize enough, DO. NOT. COME. HERE.
