Immaculate detail had one of their newer employees install a ceramic 5% tint on my 2017 Honda accord. I decided to replace the existing tent due to the condition and immaculate detail knocked the ball out of the park everything is done precisely and with care I i’ve been so pleased with their service I’ve recommended all my friends go there for their tinting and detailing needs. They had a very quick turnaround time and Matt is very friendly and was more than willing to explain the benefits of ceramic tint to me as I was unaware of all the hidden qualities with ceramic tint. These guys are great. Not only did they get all the dog hair and dirt out of it they also did a decent job buffing and polishing another guy's (cough mirror image cough) less-than-great paint fixes that were done to a couple areas of my vehicle. Very pleased with everything about their shop, employees and the services. One of the services was on my headlights. They were always looking cloudy and dirty even after I would try and clean them. Immaculate Detail made them look new by polishing and then to preserve them covered them with protection film. Totally worth it. I recommend their services and will be a repeat customer. Immaculate Detail delighted me with their work at a fair price. They took the vehicle on time and delivered the finished car on time. Initially, I had the hood polished. They completely renovated the paint on the hood. So I came back for a full vehicle treatment -- paint correction and ceramic coating. Now our 2007 Jaguar XKR looks stunning and the body is so smooth. Outstanding, quality auto detail shop! Jon, Matthew, et al stand behind their work. You don't get the one and done treatment. I have had them apply and maintain ceramic coatings on two vehicles and couldn't be happier. Makes them so much easier to clean, esp bug and tar removal, and protects the paint. Neither vehicle was new, but they looked new when done. The interior detail on my Jeep was amazing. I was thinking it wasn't that bad, but had a wow moment when I saw it. Had the pleasure of working with Mathew. He helped me with the whole process or setting up appt, leaving my truck overnight, payment, information, you name it he helped. Truck was done exactly on time from what Mathew said. No short cuts taken in detailing the truck. My truck looks better now then it did the day I drove it off the dealership lot. The guys at Immaculate earned my respect and I’ll be using them for any vehicle detailing, paint protection, window tinting in the future. I’m very pleased and am completely impressed with the job they did on my 2021 Ram 1500. I bought the truck used and it had some pretty rough spots in the paint. Looked like the prior owner took a dry rag and tried wiping off dirt leaving some pretty bad swirl marks and what appears as they used sandpaper on a spot or two on a few areas plus unlike here in AZ where our vehicles don’t get to dirty by just driving on the roads, I do know that the prior owner, lived in Michigan, which of course has bad winter roadways and use salt to melt ice covered roads, this causes paint to take a beating in a rather short amount of time. Plus it’s very possible they only ran the truck through automatic car washes a few times, and it’s no surprise how bad those are to our vehicles paint. I failed to get before pics of the truck and these pics don’t do much justice since these are after the work was completed however they handled all the swirl marks plus those damaged paint areas that stood out pretty easily. I purchased a package that had their paint correction and ceramic coating. I was assured they did good work with them having other much higher ended vehicles getting things done. There’s no vehicles that they won’t do, well perhaps my ol rusted up ford pinto missing a fender or two, might not be a good candidate but hey you never know. Haha BUT, if it’s solely price your looking at and supposedly get a whooping great deal with those guys, then this might not be the shop/place to go. I know you’ll be sorry you didn’t check these guys out first before making that big mistake of using those “cheaper guys”. I’d drive up from Phoenix or down from Flagstaff for these guys to do anything to my vehicles appearance. I’ve paid a lot of my hard earned money for my vehicles and I want them to last as long as I can so I’ll spend a few extra bucks to help that become reality verses using the cheaper guys and regretting my decision and finding out the hard way. There’s this old saying, you get what you pay for, well I can’t say just how true this saying is and applies perfectly in this case. You can tell these guys value your vehicle as though it is there own and take the time to do the job right. Again if those that can afford the $100k+ cars get their work done here, then you know your vehicles in good capable hands. And you won’t need a loan to pay for such a detail, pricing is surprisingly reasonable and I feel fair. If your like me and don’t really drive much then your not going to need this work done often and more likely but a couple of times throughout its life. A huge shoutout and Thank you to Matt and the crew in a job well done and just know that you all have done a job so well, my truck looks better then it did probably brand new and that’s no joke!
