My experience was different than expected, now I see every little flaw that I didn’t see whenI came earlier. The 1bedroom closet, not a standard height! I can’t even reach it to hang my clothes! This must have been a 7 foot man because I am 5’3 and can’t reach it. So I will need to have the height lowered. I am happy there is amply storage. Floors are nice but there is damage that Camila saw and she said they will be replaced. Windows need cleaning. I can’t even see out of them when it rains.I have asked that the front door be cleaned. All other tenants doors look freshly painted or cleaned and my door knob feels like sticky stuff on it. I tried to clean. I would like my door & knob to look like other tenants doors & knobs look new or replaced. So far I am happy with few minor things to change. Neighbors seems to be quiet as I am so I feel I will be very happy here.

My AC was blowing warm air. Maintenance came the next day added freon to my AC unit and voila - I'm back in business. Excellent response time. Thanks April and Lee for your prompt response. Thanks Camilla for handling my request 💜

DO NOT MOVE HERE…When I first moved there my apartment was infested with roaches. Complained to mgmt several times. Had to bomb the apt myself. The smell of marijuana is overwhelming. I had 15 complaints about my upstairs neighbor and mgmt did absolutely nothing to rectify the problems. I could write a book about these apts, they are horrible. Not worth the price. All old appliances, the water situation is horrible. If the apt community has a water leak, they charge residents (when it’s not the residents problem) like I said I could go on and on about how horrible these apts are. I’m just gonna say…DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!

GOOD LUCK GETTING SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE WHETHER YOU ARE A RESIDENT OR POTENTIAL APPLICANT. Its not worth the money .Pictures are self explanatory . Apartments are not maintained or given basic renovations so that you are not dealing with black mold , paint chipping on you in the shower , and breathing in the amount of dust and ick that is in your water heater , a/c closet . Just don't, unless you desperate, we were so we did and we do not recommend !

I really like this complex. The staff is friendly, the communication is frequent and open. I’ve had any complaints addressed promptly (outside of what’s been complicated by the pandemic of course). My recommendation to make this experience even better is to provide more support to maintenance staff. They seem spread pretty thin, which complicates the response times for maintenance issues. I’ve also had appliances repeatedly break and maintenance comes to fix them but they break again because they’re below average quality. A regulated system of replacing old or outdated appliances in current rentals would make me feel much more valued as a renter. I see a lot of the newer units getting brand new appliances, while those renting more long term have to keep requesting repairs for appliances that are overdue to be replaced. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this complex to others. It’s a good value with a wonderful office staff and maintenance team, and I’ve always had my concerns addressed. If the leasing office actually reads this, a way to improve would be to support the maintenance team more and replace outdated appliances when they repeatedly break down.

My experience here has been great! I have been here since July 2019. Deidre helps us in the leasing office whenever we have needs she has been a BLESSING! 😇She always responds to any requests or concerns we have in a timely manner. Any maintenance issues we have are always promptly addressed . We always enjoy the neighborhood gatherings they have at the leasing office promoting neighborhood unity . The only concerns i had initially upon move in was a slight outside bug problem which was quickly resolved and i do not like that they charge for water and sewage. Although, I do like that the rent is reasonable. My family and i like it here overall ...we are also in a pretty good school zone.

I lived at this community between 2016-2018. The community was very well managed. I loved my renovated apartment home. The grounds in the community were always very well maintained. If ever I had an issue Ms. Natasha and Mr.Lee were only a phone call away. They ensured my concerns were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Ms. Natasha and the girls in the office have always been very polished, friendly and accommodating This was an awesome place to call home.
