Always check items before you buy! I bought a pair of jeans and didn't realize the zipper was broken until after I got home (the fitting rooms were closed so I just grabbed them). I went to return them the next day and told them calmly the zipper was broken and I didn't notice until I got home. The two women behind the register started getting an attitude with me over the whole ordeal because they don't allow damaged items to be returned. I do not blame the employees at all for the company's ridiculous return policy but the attitude was unnecessary, the customer service definitely needs work.

Absolutely disgusting all around. The lady at the front greeting guests gave us a dirty look upon entry had her mask OFF then quickly puts it on and whispers as we pass “wow, people don’t have their masks on, come on” when literally .3 seconds before, she had hers off completely LOL. She kept staring at us, watching every move as we shopped which made us sooooo uncomfortable. Forever 21 has awesome clothes just not employees obviously. That lady had nothing better to do besides being super rude, creepy and just out right disgusting. Keep your thoughts to yourself. Don’t waste your time here.

I won’t be shopping at forever 21 again due to my recent experience. The manager, a black lady, working the cash register has a horrible attitude and has had one on multiple occasions. I also felt like I was being followed around the store while shopping. I guess they’re not used to people coming in there and spending a lot of money. If I’m spending my money somewhere I expect to be treated well. Get it together!!!!

This store is a nice size and due to there friendly associates hard work is pretty organized after customers pick through items. On my most resent visit there was a good sale on cami undershirts.

This location is huge! I love the variety of styles and trends offered throughout each department. I shop Forever 21 for the accessories. The staff is always friendly & helpful. Forever 21 needs to carry shoes in extended sizes. Clean and organized store.

A disappointing shopping experience. There were boxes and clothes all over the floor. Racks were packed so tightly that looking for sizes, prices, etc. was difficult. There was no organization at all. I was also very disappointed in the plus size selection. Same in the accessories section of the store, just a big mess. I have shopped at this store before and it was much nicer.

Just out window shopping and decided to go in. I did not find anything for myself, but did find things for stocking stuffers. A huge variety of items from clothing to ear buds. The store was neat as employees went behind re-folding clothing items. A nice change of pace stop.

This chain really needs to focus on customer service. I have never been in one of their stores and left without feeling neglected by the floor staff. They seem to be basic stockers and that's all they want to do. Not helpful at all. The only reason I still shop here is because my daughter really loves this place and their prices are decent. I've emailed the company with no response, of course. I just wanted to give them a frequent consumers opinion and let them know that good customer service is everything. I'm putting my money where my mouth is and starting 2015 I'll give my money to a more customer friendly competitor. I truly hope they get their act together.
