I had an Exhaust system put on my truck and Pearson's did a great job. Fast service and great quality welds. They have good attention to detail and ensure the job is done right! Great shop with honest people. Have been here many times over the years.

100% agree with the people giving 1 star reviews. Complete scammers. Taking advantage of the fact that I’m young and that I don’t really know what I’m doing. I’m definitely to blame only in the sense that I should’ve called places before making a decision. After calling other places The highest quote I’m getting for everything I had done on my vehicle is around 800$ they charged me 2,389$. Charging 2-3x the normal price of the parts. Even with a 12 month/ 12,000 mile warranty I will NEVER bring my business back to this shop.. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE

Dishonest people and not trustworthy. Found it interesting they stated they change a cam-sensor on my car and the following next two days the car broke down several times. When I took it back, they finally worked on it and change the cam-sensor as needed. What this tells is that the first time they charge me for parts and labor that was not done. It is sad to see this…. Finding a new mechanic who is more honest and trustworthy.

I only leave reviews for people who deserve it. I feel like that is one of the rewards for doing good business, so of course I have to leave a great one for this business, because..they deserve it! I was in Pearson's Auto Service last week, getting an Interlock device installed on my truck.They got me in quickly (in two days), knowing how important it was to me to be able to drive again! When I arrived, I was put in the hands of their amazing customer service rep,Samantha, and she guided me through the process with ease. I was in the office,trained on my device and out driving in about 90 minutes. It was effortless, the prices are very reasonable and the customer service is outstanding! Now I recommend this business to take care of, not only your Interlock-type needs like I did, but for all things automotive. While I was there, other customers came in and we all agreed that Pearson's Auto Service is the best choice in town. Go to Pearson's Auto Service.

Prompt service, reasonable prices, great attention to detail. After the repairs they did, my vehicle runs *much* better than it did when I first got it (used.) They were able to address and fix problems I was having that other shops failed to even notice or mention. The crew seems very knowledgeable, and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants repairs done without getting the runaround.
