How is it that a bank on a Friday is closed at 4:00 p.m. this location is changed its hours to close at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday I got off work went to do my banking going to find out I can't because they now close at 4:00 p.m. which is a huge inconvenience to a lot of people including the people that were outside the bank at the same time I was wondering why is it closed at 4:00 p.m. on Friday I'm strongly considering moving my business elsewhere

This has been our bank for 25 years. This branch is where I have my safety deposit box. When can I expect to gain access to my box?

Very unprofessional, erma or erna? She states she could not cash my check made out from bank of America. Made me wait 15 minutes to tell me she couldn't. Took my business to the 83rd avenue and Bell location. And had no issues whatsoever they will have a five-star review. Maybe look at changing management as I've had multiple issues with Erna or Irma. I would not recommend using this Bank

So start off I’ve been having trouble with Bank of America for a pretty good time now but my business account is housed here and has been for about 10 years. So it’s a hassle switching, today I walked in because they held a check from my personal account at another bank, which usually if I’m honest they don’t do, but I’ve written checks for at least ten time this amount and they decided to hold it. So I figured okay no big deal, I asked them if I can withdrawal what in my account roughly 37,000 to put into my other account then as the check I deposited won’t clear for a while and I’ll just use the other account to get done what I needed the told me no, we only give $8000 at a time, the rest has to stay in the account, which I don’t even believe is legal how can they hold your funds from you? I wasn’t even asking for the funds deposited by check into the account just whatever was available. Then he goes on to say only way you get your money is if you pay a $15 fee for each $8000 withdrawn which is the limit but I would have to come in consecutive days to do this. I’ll be closing my account for sure, and I suggest you everyone else does, because when the time comes and you need more than $8000 they will not allow you to access those funds.

I have had my business account here and personal for many years. Bank of America is really gone downhill when it has come to customer service and support in branch. Under no circumstances would I recommend this Bank to anyone!

On March 17, 2021, I was looking to open an account with BOA for a special project my wife and I are doing for her ministry. It was late in the evening and the bank was closed, so I decided to open up the account online, as this is an option that is available on their site. After spending a considerable time online, and being asked all kinds of questions, I was able to fund my new account by providing my ABA routing number and account number from another institution. I completed the process and received several emails, including a confirmation email of what I had done. On March 23rd, I was passing by this branch, so I decided to stop in, as I hadn't heard anything in almost a week's time. There was only one banker there, and she was finishing up with another customer. When they finished, I made sure she could see me, and and asked if I needed help, which I said I did. She asked if I had an appointment, which I didn't. She didn't even welcome me into her cubicle to sit down (I'm a disabled veteran), and I remained standing at the enternece of her cube. I explained that I opened the account online and asked her if she could check the status. When she did, she said all I did, was set up a profile. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! You don't just set up a profile by giving your funding source (other financial source infornation). I can understand that things may take time, but it seemed that this person didn't bother really researching was going on (no phone calls made), but rather wanted to get credit for opening up the account herself. I told her that she can close the account, and I walked out. I WILL NOT BE BACK. If this is how you take care of your guests in their first visit to your branch (or any branch for your brand), how will you treat people once they have an established account?!

This bank is run by a bunch of amateurs! I would prefer to give them no stars at all. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced especially Ophelia. I’ve had a bank account with Bank of America since 1981 I tried to deposit 20,000 in cash and they would not take it. I’m aware that they need to fill out the form and send it to the federal government and I’m OK with that due to the fact I run a pawn shop that deals in a high volume of cash. But first before they decided not to take my money they made me wait in the waiting room for 25 minutes. I also asked to speak with a manager who never came out to even greet me. I also asked for the district branch managers telephone number which they would not provide me with. Come on Bank of America you need to figure it out before myself and many other people start moving their accounts. Maybe to a place like Chase Wells Fargo do you know what I don’t care where but I’m just sick and tired of you and your poor customer service. Again thank you Ophelia for a terrible experience at this banking center! Now I’m gonna go home and have a Heineken and never think about you again well until I call your boss and then their boss and then their boss I will be sending in written letters of complaint to everyone so they can be aware of the situation. Also if anybody needs a good deal on jewelry come and see me at Arrow pawn and jewelry 27th Ave. and Thomas where we have killer customer service we have no Ofelia’s there!

I'm not sure how a bank can legally hold a money order until the next business day??? Its like cash!! Service in this location is less than ideal. They don't treat people like customers they treat their customers like trash!! News flash! Your customers are the reason your branch is open. This location needs attention from management and a customer service 101.

If you own or run a business don't bank here. They do not offer merchant lines. I have waisted more time waiting in lines then being able to deal with someone just for business. I tent to go to different locations. Even the ones with a business office and person to talk you into a business account doesnt have a separate line. They complain about their counters not working and they have asked for new money counters. I'm not sure why we cant figure out how to accommodate businesses and not waste everyone's time. But been doing this 4 months and I spoke to someone at wells fargo today that explained their processes. I dont even have to jump through hoops there to make deposits. Besides the line the process is unreal. Card holder, not holder, signer, owner doesnt matter bank of America basically needs blood. No matter you go once a month or 4 times a week to the same location. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

They only have 2 tellers regardless of what time of day you go, the line is always out the door and the wait is about 15 minutes before you can be helped. I’ve come to this specific location multiple times and deposited cash into my dads account with no issue, all of a sudden they say that hasn’t been an option for the last ten years.. refused to help me, even though 3 different reps have allowed me to do this within the last month. They need to train better and make sure everyone is up to date on policy. It’s very inconvenient to sit in line for 10 minutes just to be denied service 30 seconds into speaking to someone. Worse location I’ve been to yet, I literally live 2 mins away and I won’t be going here anymore. Will now be driving 10 extra minutes to a different location
