I love Alaska USA Federal Credit Union. Amazing customer service and always keeping track of activity and notifying me of suspicious charges. I recently had to get a new debit card and they are able to print new ones on the spot so I was able to get a card the very same visit and it was like nothing happened. I have been a member of this credit union for many years, both business and personal accounts. I cannot say enough great things about this branch and especially the wonderful Alex. I recently had a really contentious event happen to me with someone committing a fraud on a couple of my accounts. I went into the branch and met with Alex and he was efficient caring, and went completely out of his way to make sure that my problem was taken care of. In a fair and balanced manner. How is it that a bank on a Friday is closed at 4:00 p.m. this location is changed its hours to close at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday I got off work went to do my banking going to find out I can't because they now close at 4:00 p.m. which is a huge inconvenience to a lot of people including the people that were outside the bank at the same time I was wondering why is it closed at 4:00 p.m. on Friday I'm strongly considering moving my business elsewhere ~Robert
