Went in for a package pickup and there only one person in line and two upfront associates. Shortly after walking in with my two kids they had left & them the associate just looked at me and walked away. Horrible coustumer service.

I had a mail box with this franchised UPS Store, the owner Bhavesh charged crazy fee like $15 for forwarding, $20 for packaging. What's worse, after my mail box expired. He took 2 of my packages and never forwarded to me. He claimed he returned the packages to shipper. But I checked with the merchant, the packages were never returned. He is a thief, stay away from this store, especially the owner Bhavesh, when he can not make a lot of money from you for his business, he will make you pay so much more and may be steal your packages and said they were lost!

The dude with curly brown hair and glasses here is incredibly rude to everyone for no reason. He makes the entire experience dreadful. I drop off a lot of packages due to being a small business owner, he has implied I’m stealing, implied I’m broke and can’t pay for the certain supplies I would buy from ups, just downright unpleasant and disrespectful EVERY SINGLE TIME IM THERE. Everyone else who works at this UPS is super nice and helpful or at least decent and nonchalant but almost every time I go into this location he is working and I notice he is rude to every customer, super snippy and rude to everyone no matter how nice they are to him. Ups please get rid of this man he does not belong in customer service and makes this location unpleasant to go to. Reading more reviews from the past year apparently a lot of people have issues with this guy saying the same exact thing.

One of the best UPS stores I've ever used. They helped me send over 40 boxes most containing breakable items, across the country during the holiday season. They provided fast and friendly service during one of the busiest times of year, and the manager seemed to genuinely care that all of my boxes were packed and treated well.

Very rude. Not at all helping customers. They just make the rules on the fly just for their convenience. I called them before going to the store and the call went to IVR and it says they do notary and it does not say notary specific closing time. Went to this store with my infant to notarize a document for her. I was in the line for 10 minutes and the ups person at the desk called me at 6:43 pm and I requested him the notary and he made a rule on the fly and said we do not do notary at 6:45 pm. They did not mention the same thing in writing anywhere in the store.Very rude…not at all helping customers.

2 days ago I would give a zero. Went in to return a $300 helmet to Amazon. I had a box I said might work. I placed helmet in to see if it would fit.CHASE smashed edges of box to make fix, I said stop I'm returning a new product if box is damaged I don't get refund. He said it will be fine I said no stop. Had smashed all top edges before I could stop him. He then opened it up and tried to fix. I asked if he was responsible for damages. He said it would be fine. I asked for his name. Then asked for manager. He then denied all. Manager/ Bhavesh didn't care. I asked him to go check camera he refused. Asked for corporates number he said no. asked again x2. Finally got on computer. Chase walked back in I asked him straight to tell the truth he said he never touched it. Lied over and over. Left beyond angry.

I had a painting, framed behind glass, that I needed to ship. The staff here took great care in packaging my painting ensuring that the glass would not break in transit and the painting would arrive safely. It did arrive safely, and it arrived four days earlier than I expected based on the initial estimate! I'm very pleased with the team at this The UPS Store location and will go back when I have another piece of art to ship!
