Great service! We came in shopping for pilot and co-pilot seats. Steven was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about his inventory. Once we picked out our seats he showed us lots of material samples to choose from. Once we ordered them he said it would take about 3 months to get them in. They came in early so we made an appointment to have them put in. He installed them in about 5 hours, and we were on our way! We also had some trim work done around our new refrigerator at the same time and it looked great. He matched the new trim to the existing wood perfectly. Thanks again !!!!

Steven spent all the time needed for us to select the RV furniture and fabric, was responsive to all our questions, and provided A-1 customer service throughout the entire process. The products (Lambright Lux electric theater seating and chair) as well as the driver and passenger seats are great quality and tremendously comfortable. The reupholstery work completed on the dining booth area to match the new furniture was top notch (shout out to Steven's mother). And, the workmanship regarding everything from the carpeting, TV, and TV bracket installation completed by Levi and Josh was excellent. Great selection of quality RV furnishings. We have had nothing but great experiences with Steve and his team. He/his team installed new coach seats and a recliner in our RV and did a great job making sure everything was properly done to our satisfaction before we left. Unfortunately, the seats were not right for us (completely our fault and not Steve's or his team) but he was more than accommodating in letting us exchange them out for a different set. Positive experience each time we go and the nicest people. We highly recommend!

They did a great and quick job of removing a metal frame and couch from our trailer as well as 2 half walls. The Amish made recliner is the most comfortable Ive ever had and I love the Amish Made narrow solid wood end table with remote storage, cup holders and file drawer

We ordered up some custom wood furniture for our fifth wheel. We had seen Justin’s work in Quartsite and liked what we saw. We made reservations in advance and worked on designs ahead of time as we are living in our RV full time so having downtime out of the RV is hard for us. He made it all work extremely well. He listened to our ideas, and worked with us to make it happen. We had some add on projects and ended up coming back a month later to do a few more. We are very happy with the service, personal attention, professionalism, and the quality of the work that they do there. I highly recommend choosing Countryside, and especially for getting custom woodwork done to meet your specific needs.

We purchased Theatre Seating and custom woodwork. Most of items were installed November 2018. The theatre seating is what we ordered with the correct material and options. The original installation wasn't completed. 5 of the 6 bolts to secure the seating to something secure are in place. So that will have to be fixed. The chair still rocks back and forth. The custom cabinets are another matter. The workmanship is just poor throughout. 1. The stain doesn't match any of the current wood cabinets. 2. The front facing on the cabinets don't match. 3. There isn't a way to open one of the cabinets except by sticking a knife between the wood and lifting up. Then since the covering for the wires wasn't installed, the wires are exposed inside the cabinet. The cabinet is also about an inch to long since a floor wasn't installed. You can see through the bottom. It also isn't square with the wall or molding installed. Basically just useless. 4. The extra piece of plywood that was installed, it appears to be stained matched correctly, it was just placed over the top of the current wood so that changed the appearance of the corner and the staples are visible. 5. In fact, plain wood is showing that hasn't been stained in one of the cabinets. 6. The L brackets on both cabinets are on the outside and not the inside and are a couple of different colors. The cabinets were very poor workmanship, installing and crafting. This was not a professional installation nor was it even close to being factory installed. The cabinetry is totally unacceptable and the seating isn't totally secured.

We felt they spent a lot of time with us and were very patient going through the process of figuring out what furniture would work for us, and then what fabrics. We had a 3 hour drive to their shop and they were also flexible with our schedule for the installation, which went perfectly. We would recommend this store to anyone wanting to upgrade their RV furniture!
