I’m a local dentist and have been a happy client of Columbia Bank for many years. This is small town banking with large bank accessibility! Personal friendly staff and always there to help immediately when a problem arises. Occasionally after hours and weekends they contact me if urgent needs arise. Highly recommended!!

Callie Elliot and this team at Columbia Bank have been excellent to work with in one of the most challenging times to ever face a regional bank. She and her staff guided my nonprofit patiently through the SBA Paycheck Protection loan process, and helped us navigate when there was little (or often changing) information being provided by the Feds. We are a Columbia Bank customer for life. I say that even though the program funds were exhausted in the first round and we didn't get them - that is not the bank's fault. They are working nights and weekends to help their clients and I am so impressed with the personal service I have recieved.
