UPDATE Went to the Woodburn, OR store and they took care of me no questions asked. Thanks Went to exchange one of there batteries and they knew it was theres. I didnt have receipt and they couldn't find in system so they refused to replace under warranty. They even said it was only 1 yr old bases on the code on battery.

Got help finding a kinda funky part, there was some unexpected shipping involved due to lack of stock in the distribution systems, but hey, they found the part,had a decent price and the customer support was great. Good job to Jerry for all help.

Always have what I need here. It just seems like they need more help there! There is never enough help there there's always only one guy that actually helps people at the cash register with like four or five people always in the back of the store just kicking it.
