Great place for the family. Although I didn't have the chance to go with my family the atmosphere seemed like it would be perfect for that. Waitress was doing everything by herself. Food took a long time. Bathrooms disgusting . Floors disgusting in dining area gross. Not friendly. Saw the cook put a pancake into his bare hand (after we ate) then put onto plate. The worst Sharis I’ve ever been to. Hash browns were uncooked and cold in the middle . Overpriced for sure. Never again . They should get a health inspector out there.

The only good thing about the Sherry's is poker machines. I come here at least once a week for the salmon broccoli and rice and 3 times out of less 5 times that came here they haven't had the salmon or the broccoli or the rice it doesn't even seem worth it to come here anymore. The service is slower than snow and there's no be even eating the restaurant most of the time and there all in the back room you can't get someone to help yet after 9 o'clock

Good food, nice atmosphere! I felt bad for our waitress, she was the only waiting person in the restaurant and her smile never wavered! This was my first time stopping at a Shari’s Cafe, I hope they get some more waitresses/waiters, I also hope that lady gets acknowledged by her employer.!!! And the coffee was absolutely delicious.!!! For a regular cup of coffee I’d rather this than Starbucks or Dutch Bro’s

From the time we were seated to the time they took our order was over 15 minutes, even though it was almost empty. By the time our food arrived, we were too pressed for time and asked for it to go. They left out half our eggs and bacon. By far and away the worst experience at any restaurant in the chain.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had in awhile. The waitress seemed to be to preoccupied. After we (my husband and i) were seated she (the waitress) asked if we wanted anything to drink? I asked for coffee my husband asked for coffee & ice water. She brought us each a cup of barely full coffee cups and said that she was going to get the other pot and finish filling them up. So the bottom of 2 pots of coffee that had been burning for how long? "I put a fresh pot of coffee on for you" why not just do that I the first place than bringing that hours old coffee to anyone. Needless to say it was terrible there wasn't enough creamer or sugar to make it taste even remotely good. 10 minutes go by no waitress to take our order and no ice water still. Finally she takes our order. I ordered the stuffed hash browns, 2 eggs over medium and lightly toasted sour dough toast & jam. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak, stuffed hash browns, 2 eggs over medium and he got French toast on the side. 20 minutes go by no food and still no fresh coffee. Another woman who I guess worked there, brought us our food. No sure just how long it sat under the warmer but it was warm not hot and fresh. My eggs over medium were over cooked, my jam was missing & my toast crust was hard as a rock I had to break it off so I could eat the rest of the harden toast. And I never got my fresh cup of coffee. We could hear our waitress here and there telling everyone how she was there by herself (she wasn't) and to be patient. It was wash later in the evening around 9:30-10:00pm when we went in there and it was not that busy at all. For a Friday night. 2 younger I think college boys sat down in a booth right behind my husband they were rather loud talking back and forth. One of the boys asked the waitress; are we supposed to get our own menus? " well considering you sat yourself and I didn't know you were here yeah you should.' The boy then explained how one of the other women told them to go ahead and seat themselves.. Anyway I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Great selection of diner food, with a very friendly waitstaff. The food is decent, but their pies are EXCELLENT. The marionberry is my personal favorite, but everything we’ve tried has been delicious.

Went to Shari's with my daughter and grandma and received horrible service. We stood at the front not being greated for some time . We finally got acknowledged by her saying "two" to which I looked at my daughter and she said "oh 3" we got seated and my grandma asked for a high chair for my daughter . The waitress took off before even caring to get one . I looked around from where we were sitting and figured out where the high chairs were and went and grabbed one . Got my daughter in the high chair and started to look over the menu . About 10 or so minutes later the waitress has a high chair and says loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear "oh you already got the freaking high chair" and goes off to do something else . We waited a little bit longer only to continue to be ignored, so we got up and left. No drinks offered nothing .very poor service. Will not be back .

We were 2 out of 6 people in the whole place so it was very slow. I ordered egg, bacon and hasbrowns and toast and chocolate milk. I also ordered 1 extra egg and they charged $1.99!!!! I got the meal which was wrong, no ham instead chicken fried steak, does that even sound like ham! So it goes back and is gone 3 minutes max, not even time to cook the ham the right way!! Wheat toast was hard and burnt and i had to go find the waitress to ask for my milk, the chocolate milk had white and black stuff floating in it, called the waitress over told her to take it off my bill. The breakfast was cold, i had to eat it due to being a diabetic and had to get something in my stomach.Go to pay the bill, they took the milk off and tried to charge us for coffee!!! And they had to try our card 2 times before putting it in mannuly, so i will be watching my bank account and will never never eat there again or recommend them. Don't eat there!!!

This place is amazing! The waitress was very nice and even gave me an over easy egg when I forgot to order it originally. Her name was Grace. Also the other waiter, Blaine, was nice enough to give us two extra large pie slices for free. I was so happy!!!! The food filled my stomach so much that I do not know if I could eat dinner tonight!!!
