Helpful people, easy fast drop off for sending or returning. Clean area. Easy to find even for out of towner. Sending package 📦. Usually isn't to crowded and if there's afew people in line it goes pretty fast.

Came in here this morning to mail an important package with expedited shipping. Lady working helped me repackage it to save me $20, and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Five stars.

Went in for a job interview got told to come back tomorrow that I would be training 9am to 3pm so I did only to get sent home around 10:20 got told not to yawn in front of customers like you can totally control that definitely not a good experience at all highly wouldn't recommend this place on top of that the start pay is only $15 a hour when KFC starts at more also wanted to say Jessica even told me when was I putting in my two weeks at my current job glad I didn't

This is the only UPS store I will go to. Everyone in the store has the best customer service and is so helpful. I have never once had a bad experience. They are so efficient, nice and always give a receipt. They are quick too. If you’re in a hurry they’ll get you out the door lickety-split. I love the staff here and I love the service!

Unfriendly. They told me I had to put my returned item in a box to ship it back. They want to charge me a box for 350. I double check with Amazon they said NO I do NOT need a shipping box for their check in items. Amazon does this to prevent cardboard waste. Avoid store they want to waste cardboard and money.

Can not recommend this UPS store enough! Customer service is excellent! Jessica and her staff have went above and beyond to help do everything possible get my packages to someone extremely important to me. I wont be trusting anyone else with my shipping needs.

Went in with a QR code to ship a package. The lady did not seem to care. She did not offer to pack it and when I asked about a box she pointed to the wall and said pick one. Then she suggested an envelope that would not even fit. I do not feel comfortable that my package will get there in one piece. I work for another shipping company and I can tell this location is not doing well if this is the customer service i get. I really wish she would have even pretended to care. I would have paid $20 to make sure it got there safe. Super disappointed in my experience. Hopefully the manager will talk to this lady before loosing more revenue. Could have made more than 2.50 out of me.

The hostility came from the untrained staff that only care about over charging everything that walks through that door with the least amount of work or assisting their customers or It's a matter of time...every customers will see the real model that this business is running on.. People should at least try other UPS Store by Safeway next to Wells Fargo on Coburg Rd and see what I'm talking about. Every time a customer presented any kind of complaints...guess the standard default response from the owner..."Fake Review" lol.
