Don't go here for passport appointments the lady is not helpful at all. If I could give no stars I would. 4 appointments and 2 months later I still don't have a passport on the way.

Would give no stars if I could. Got my package shipped Priority Express 1-day on 1.6. It arrived at your facility on 1.7 and was supposed to be delivered that night. Almost two weeks later now, I have not received the package nor have I received a single update. I have the tracking number and I signed up for informed delivery and they don't update a single thing. I've now gone into this location twice and both times they said they didn't have my package and pointed the finger at my neighborhood carrier group (which I also went into twice and they actually don't have it because it was never scanned there). The other USPS office said that this is a recurring problem with the Gateway location. Unfortunately, both times I went in I found the staff to be utterly unhelpful, especially the big guy with the beard behind the front desk who told me to file a claim for a refund once its delivered, EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID IT WAS LOST! Tell me how I'm supposed to get a refund upon delivery when you lost it, that makes no sense. A bunch of incompetent people, this is the third time this year that they have misplaced one of my priority packages!! Also, that was my Mom's Bday present y'all lost so thanks.

Day before Thanksgiving and the guy behind the counter is sassy and rude. Chunky old dude with glasses. Likes whoppers I think (based on a sarcastic comment he gave me). Be better, don’t humor yourself at the expense of others. Last of many bad experiences there, first time posting due to sarcasm and repeated poor service.

All the staff are always very friendly and very helpful. Can get through the lines fairly quickly in comparison to some other usps stores. You can also get your passport there if you are looking to do that. They have boxes of all sizes, as well as envelopes and even greeting cards. Very clean office as well.

I had the best experience and customer service today. The staff were so efficient, patient and explained so thoroughly to me the best way to ship my package. I was impressed by the staff and customers who were all following social distancing and wearing their masks! I have to say, this was my best trip to the post office.

I have now been holding on the phone for 1 hour and 16 minutes. Postal carrier lied and said an attempt was made to obtain a signature in a first class package delivery. It wasn’t, I was home, and was sitting on my front porch on the day and time this supposed attempt was made. Now I am expected to drive to the post office and stand in line for a package that should have been delivered three days ago?? This is first class delivery??? No wonder the post office is going broke. Only a government entity can get away with this poor service.
