The WORST drive thru anywhere EVER! Waiting 1/2 hour behind someone that never got service. Then I waited another 10 minutes, ringing the call button twice with no response. Changing pharmacies forever now!

Worst worst worst. Just like many other reviews state, this is the worst cvs ever. I have used it for many years only because it is so close by- I have never not had an issue, it’s always terrible, always a problem. The pharmacy staff is very dismissive and rude, and nothing is ever ready when it should be even when you get a notification that it is. I’ve been trying to get eye drops fulfilled for 3 days now. Just called again and they said the earliest they could have them was 1pm- for a prescription that was called in 2 days ago!!! Unbelievable.

AVOID THIS PHARMACY if you value your time. Every time you attempt pick up a prescription at this place there is some sort of problem. Either they don’t have all of what you need or they don’t have it at all. If you’re paying attention when you’re in line ( and there is always a line) everyone is having the same issue. They either don’t have all of it or don’t have it at all. They are constantly “looking” for someone’s prescription in line in this “basket” sorting system that is strewn about all over the shelves and floors. Nobody seems to be in charge and they never make eye contact with you. Try to find a Medicine shoppe they are still independently owned. Whomever manages the Pharmacy at this CVS needs two get two weeks off without pay and then fire them. Order enough inventory and hire more competent people. Or maybe the business model has the Pharmacist managing the business which isn’t working. Whatever it is I’m, taking my business elsewhere.

Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. I suggest just reading all the reviews before you make this pharmacy your pharmacy. I had a prescription that sat for 7 days at this pharmacy without being filled. I was even told I could go to their Mars location to get the prescription. Doctor sent a new prescription to Giant Eagle pharmacy in Moon and I had the medication the next day.

The wait is awful whether you are calling, using drive through, or picking up medicine inside. They are understaffed. Transferring my prescriptions somewhere else.

This CVS location has to be the worst in this country. The pharmacy tech was so mean today, that I honestly cannot put it in words. CVS will be closing 900 stores and I truly hope this is one of the locations that is shut down.

This is by far one of the most unreliable pharmacies I've ever had to deal with. I don't know what changed in the last couple of years, but they never used to be this bad. There's been an issue getting my prescription filled every single month for at least the last six months. I've had my doctor send a script over that shows as "In Process" in the CVS system. Remain that way for a week, then show as "On order", then anywhere from three to seven days later, it's finally ready. At that point I decide to have it shipped and pay online. Sometimes my pharmacy order ships the same day, other times it can take up to a week to ship. Basically, if you take a prescription that you can't, shouldn't, or don't want to go without, go elsewhere. If you're ok with consistently having gaps of days and weeks without your medicine, then this place is probably fine for you. Oh, and as others have noted, don't bother calling the store. If they are even a little busy, they won't answer. Don't sit on hold thinking around the 30 minute mark that it should be your turn soon. It won't be. Lastly, the drive through is a joke. I've sat in line for 20 minutes without one car being taken care of. If the line is wrapped around the building, prepare to sit for at least an hour. I've parked, gone in, got my medicine, and am back in my car to see the line hasn't move. They just ignore the drive through if there's a customer inside. I'm done with this store and will be going to a different chain altogether.

I’ve gone here for a few years but I switched my prescriptions to Rite Aid, because this location has gone downhill. The last few times I’ve gone to pick up my prescriptions, they were not ready when they were supposed to be, and when I was told to return later, they were still not ready. Today, I came in, waited in a nearly forty minute line to be told to come back in an hour and my prescriptions would definitely be ready. I came back nearly two hours later, and was told yet again that my medications were not ready and to return in half an hour. I came back a THIRD time and then they proceed to tell me they are out of stock for two of my prescriptions and that I would have to wait yet again for my last prescription. This used to be a good pharmacy location but it seems to now be unorganized and understaffed.

Consistently have to wait in line (drive-through and in-store) for over an hour to get prescriptions. By consistently, I mean it's happened my last 4 visits and 5 of my last 6 visits. There have also been other problems on top of this. Its clear that the people working are trying, but they clearly need help. Whether that be from additional staff, better processes or better systems (CVS customer facing systems are awful too) something needs to be done. Update: its getting worse, not better. Choose another pharmacy.

My dentist called in an antibiotic prescription for me over 24 hours ago. I called once the day the prescription was called in and again the following morning to see if it was ready. Both times I was told that they had not received a prescription for me. I called the dentist who then called the pharmacy and he was told they had it, but that they just hadn't had time to pull the prescriptions off the phone voice mail yet. They would fill the Rx right then. I went in an hour later to pick it up, and was told I would have to wait at least another 45 minutes. I can't believe that a pharmacy thinks it is OK to wait over 24 hours for an antibiotic.
