Walmart is good for cheap things. A lot of the time there stuff looks out dated and cheap and is the same price as better bargain stores. The store is obnoxiously big. The employees are kind but it seems the kind ones are never managers. The need to size down a little and lower their prices on home goods

Went to return a couple items and purchase a phone card. After I got the gift card I went to electronics to get the phone card. As I was checking out and paying the employee at the register kept swiping the gift card at least 9 times and finally froze the system. On top that tried to tell me there was not any money on the card and go back to customer service to fix the problem but not without telling me that I need to wait 48 hours before the money becomes active on the card. Which is not true at all. Went to customer service and told her what I was just told and she scanned the card again and printed the amount which was current. I went to 3 different locations dealing with problems before finally 1 person was able to scan the card properly without any issues. Over a hour it took me to purchase a phone card. Walmart will hire anyone without a back ground.

Some guy showed up who wasn't a Manager and told us to cancel the order and just buy it in the store because that was the only way. We went back to electronics, and had canceled the order which was through Affirm. I then had a temp card through Affirm to purchase the item and was told they could not type it in. Again I asked for the Manager, nothing. Apparently their name is Jamie? Who knows they don't even have the common courtesy to show up when there is an issue. The electronics guy basically said he couldn't do anything either and was also fairly rude as well. We paid with our debit card in the end but the principal is noone offered to try and remedy the situation and this is not the first time this has happened. Very unacceptable.

Had an unfortunate situation with four staff members today that could have been easily avoided if they would have listened and used empathy instead of been closed off and rude. There is a reason handicapped spots are reserved for those whom qualify and have access to them. Out of 14 spots only 2 were used by people with disability placards or plates. The staff and management refused to listen or do anything about it. Corporate on the other hand was very accommodating. I look forward to hearing from them and upper management very soon.

Would not recommend going to this place. All the labels for items are lower then the actual price. Something as simple as stacking eggs correctly could not be done. Every single package had multiple broken eggs and ontop of that nothing was organized. It has random items scattered threw out the store. I have photos of single one of these things. Should really be investigated be corporate. I have no idea how it can perform Atchison low of a standard

Not a huge fan of this location. It's an average Wal-Mart, plain and simple. Some great employees and some not so great. Some products they have you are looking for and some not in stock. Parking is usually a mess when exiting this location. The added tractor trailers in the parking lot never helps either. I definitely don't love it here but for odds and ends things it's the place to shop.

Every time I come here to do a pick up they’re missing something. Now I didn’t get uncrustables but when I went to the frozen food section, there they were. Disappointed in the way everything is here. Yes their prices are good but that’s IF they have what you’re looking for! They didn’t have any fruit punch. The shelves you see empty is for MILK!! Yes sold out of MILK! Pandemic or not you should have milk.

Yeah I'm at Walmart Junkie I'll admit it! Whatever you need is always better deal in price than anywhere I buy my clothes, my over the counter meds, toothpaste, hair stuff, Christmas stuff, cat food, dog food, Hardware, halogen light 4 pack $2.99 a since these are at Walmart now I have got rid of all my compact fluorescent light bulbs which are not long lasting and they have mercury in them, toys, TVs, phones, boots and any kind of Footwear. small home appliances, I found a great deal just before Christmas of 2018 they had an air fryer from faberware where it has air fryer convection oven broiler $80 bucks a Walmart exclusive only to them. EXCEPT for their FOOD you can go to ALDI and get cheaper food. Granted it's not name brand food but the food taste better then Walmart just because it's a brand name doesn't mean it's better in taste and quality. I know that for a fact I've been shopping all day for 20 years and even in that time I price compared especially when Walmart started with their food and I still find10 years later that the added the food to their stores. now that Walmart has the food in their store that is not cheaper than Aldi.
