I've used these guys 5 times now. they've fixed everything from galaxy tablets my kids broke, to phones I broke, to laptops my husband broke. I took an ipad in on 12/23, John was fabulous. he explained honestly that the new technology was worth the 50-70 bucks More it would have cost to fix my old one. his honesty and knowledge was worth way more then I paid. I ended up buying a new ipad for my teenager and fixing the old one for myself. screen and LCD. it was finished on the 27th. and only took the extra days due to Christmas and a Sunday. everyone here is educated on the technology and such a pleasure to interact with. they are my go to from now on. :)
