Left me marooned at 9:30 @ night because my car would not start at a closed business and I needed towed. I'm a 72 year old woman who has had AAA for 39 years and they could not provide tow service. AAA is not the business they used to be and I will no longer be a gold member. Totally disgusted with their lack of service..it was unforgivable.

Computers were down for about 45 minutes when opened, but once they were back up, the title change went rather quickly.
