It's really sad when the call center offers better customer service than the local employees looking you dead in the eye. The manager is rude and hateful and not one single employee seemed to give two hoots about my issue. I will drive to Kennesaw before ever dealing with these people again.

I added services and my services were cut off not even a week after getting. I was told that the people who lived in my home before me left debt and I would have to pay it before I could have services! Now, I’m being charged $40. I will NOT pay this due to the fact I self installed and my services being cut off. This will be a lawsuit if it goes on my credit for failure to pay!

I’ve never had what I would consider good service from Comcast(Xfinity) , that is until today. I walked into their store, the person who waited on me smiled at me, swiftly took care of me, and thanked me for my business. I was stunned. Only on site service folks do this well. Everyone else ? Mehh, useless. Wouldn’t give you a nickel for their voice menus or overseas help centers you can’t understand. But the store in Rome?? Excellent.

If I could rate a minus, I would. Whatever you do, do not switch to Xfinity mobile… you will be sorry! During my call, the agent stated they would send me a sim card.. they did. So I went to my local Xfinity store to assist with the sim card, the only reason I did was to ensure I was able to keep my same number. Walked into the store and explained my situation. Ma’am I’m sorry I don’t have access to online orders. I said you can’t help me with the sim card.. no ma’am. Really !!! So I called Xfinity mobile customer service… explained everything again… ma’am it could take as long as 72 hours for your phone to activate!!! 72 hours!! I have a small business and can’t afford to be without my phone for 72 hours. After much back and forth, I said… cancel this request and I’ll go back to Verizon!!! Back and forth once again. Finally I had had enough of this banter, the agent connected me to someone that would take care of the cancellation…. Yay!!! By this time 45 minutes later. Lots of frustration and angry thoughts . Went to Verizon store to make sure everything was ok with my number… I’m one HAPPY VERIZON CUSTOMER!! Never leaving Verizon again!!

Worst experience I have ever had!! Took over 3 hours to add upgrade two phones - spent over $2000 that day and was told the door counts customers coming in and out and not to keep coming in and out. We went to get a smoothie next door and to smoke while we waited 3 hours for them not to do their jobs correctly. No one had the knowledge to transfer data and just told us to give it time. That was there excuse take it home (so we would leave) and give it time. The Mgr Kelly told me this was not a service they have to provide they are only trying to help. The on phone Support told me to go to the store to have date transferred. Either way how dare you tell me not to come in and out of your store while I'm waiting over 3 hours for you to do your job and then still not do it. We had to leave before it was complete and it never did complete no matter how much time we gave it Kelly. The Manager (Kelly) yelled at her staff about too many customers coming in and not selling them today and threatened to put an ad on indeed to replace them if they couldn't do better right in front of us. What kind of Mgr does that? This is why the Asst Mgr asked me to stop coming in and out because it was messing up their numbers. Even though I was there for over 3 hours and needed to use the restroom which they don't have and get a drink next door. Very RUDE and Very UNPROFESSIONAL. They need to look for an actual Manager who understands customer service on indeed and replace Kelly.

This place is a rip off,they are rude and physically cannot help you do anything with your mobile phone. All they care about is selling those wifi boxes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I went in there one time with the 1gb wifi box and said I need a new one and they came back with their cheap replacement that didn't even work once I got home so I had to take it back. If you phone is off and you need a payment arrangement don't go there. They won't let you call xfinity and they won't call them for you and they can't make the payment arrangement for you either. You can't stand in the doorway when it's raining outside either bc they will tell you to "get out the doorway,your making the door counter go up" this place is THE ABSOULTE WORSE.

I just recently bought the iPhone 13 pro max from this store the screen is glitching and they are not going by THEIR OWN 14 DAY RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY. it has just been awful. Have drove back and forth to apple and hour away 3 times now with my 1 year old daughter and even apply said that they are responsible for the phone since they have the policy, as soon as it is payed off I will be leaving.

I went to the store in hopes to get HSD, home cameras and tv service however after seeing how the manager speaks to customers and employees I will drive out of the way to a different location she made the environment of the store very uncomfortable and quiet honestly she was talking to the lady as if she was a child and has no sense. Based on other reviews I can see I am not the only person who feels this away about Kellie. For future reference I would replace her to avoid losing more customers at this location.

Kim Reyes was Absolutely Amazing. She was sweet, very knowledgeable and exceptionally professional. Truly rare! Without question an excellent experience. I recommend her for providing cable and I internet service.

Very poor customer service. Had a technician appointment to connect service to parents new address, moving a mile to another house. First day technician didn't show up but put in file that he did. Then was suppose to come the next day but didn't. Then suppose to come the next day and we are still waiting for them to show up. It's very hard to talk to anyone about it and when you do they are rude and hateful. Seems to be no help and they still want to charge you for a service that you can't even get connected. Before you use this company check what your other options are, you probably could fi e something with better customer service.
