Not a fan period ! Always inconvenienced ! I wish I could talk my husband into leaving this institution. If it were up to me we would be gone. I can see why they only have a 3.2 overall review. I am a newlywed. Went into Commercial Bank with the proper documents needed to do a name change on my account. I was taken immediately and 15 minutes later was out the door. No problems. Went to PNC and was told that you have to make an appt with their banker to have a name change done. So therefore had o go back the following day to have this done. Always put out. Quit asking me when I come thru the door what type of banking business I will be doing in front of other customers. It's my business and my business only. Nor do I need to hear their banking business. This is extremely annoying. No wonder you all have a 3.1 review score. YUCK!

You guys close the only charleroi ATM! Now there's only ATM's in Belle Vernon. 3 of them within a mile of each other. What a joke! What about people that bank with PNC that live in the surrounding towns like charleroi & monessen?... Who wants to travel to Belle Vernon just to use an ATM!

Absolutely horrible customer service via phone. Branches are useless post covid often with little to no money and more excuses than actual help. If it was possible and there was a nearby institution id use anything before PNC. Expect an hour wait time on the phone and again little to no help in the branch.

Had an appointment with Tony to create a checking account for my late mother's estate. Arranged my whole day around this appointment, I live in Colorado and have very limited time back in Pa with alot of stuff I need to get done. I have a Colorado instruction permit, which is REAL ID, which is a federally accepted form of ID. It's a plastic card just like a license, has my picture and it's a verified form of Identification. Well when I'm at my appointment with Tony and I give him my ID, he says they can't use that because its not a license. So I try to explain about the REAL ID, because I know in Pa it's not a required thing yet, so maybe he was just unaware. He cut me off and was extremely rude. Didn't offer to get a supervisor, or even apologize for wasting my time. So I leave, very angry at this point. I called the PNC branch in Willowbrook Plaza and asked about opening an estate checking account and if the form of ID that I have would be sufficient. The teller said yes and I made an appointment at that one the next day. Opened the account without any problem whatsoever and received great customer service. So I had to give up two mornings, and drive and extra 15 mins, passing the first PNC on my way to one in Willowbrook Plaza. So please train your employees how to do their jobs. Specifically Tony. Disgusted by the complete lack of respect for my time.

This branch refused to certify my signature on US Treasury bonds as a legally designated attorney-in-fact. That was all that was necessary. No financial transaction involved. I and other of my family have accounts at PNC. Thinking this was not right, I contacted the US Treasury. Treasury said PNC should indeed certify the signature; and that Treasury even provides them with a special stamp for that purpose. Time to jettison PNC.

Most of the time, I use online banking and the ATMs to do my banking. As such, I am only able to offer limited insight as to the quality of customer service. However, every time I have visited this branch, the service was always quick and efficient and the staff was always courteous and professional. I have been banking with PNC for about seven years now and plan to continue my relationship with PNC for the foreseeable future.

Great Bank Friendly Service, always greeted with a smile and someone to help you get service help you need when going into the bank. Like the idea of having more then just 1 ATM they have 2- pull up ones and 1 on outside to walk up to and special parking for ATM users and another walk up 1- as you walk though the first set of doors always unlocked. Feel safe using that one also out of the weather if drive up one not convenient for you if maybe you are a passenger with someone in their car don’t have them do the ATM for you. Any way just saying that this PNC got all services covered also they have 2-new drive up teller service available as well. Maybe other banks in Mon Valley could learn from them... just a thought😁hint hint

Pnc now charges non account holders a 2 percent fee to cash a check written by someone who has an account with them. This is ridiculous I have had so many issues with Pnc in Belle Vernon I wouldn't have another account with them if they were the only bank in pa. I am appalled the management don't stand behind there customers. I now bank at Community bank which also pays more on savings accounts.

Personal service as good as you'll find these days. They strive to make you feel welcome, like a small neighborhood bank. I'm on crutches, every time I enter the bank the employees (even the manager) has come out to the outer doors and greeted me while holding the doors for me. Always very accurate, precise and professional. They will help you with any problems or questions you have. You can talk personally and privately about your banking needs with someone within a few minutes.Great bank!
