Update 9/4/18 Not only had a problem with my Uhaul rental but charging the wrong card when I was specific not to charge that one. Update Worst experience with uhaul so far. Not only my truck had a lock left from the previous user but got charge on the credit card I specific told the worker not to charge that I would use a different pay method. Call the manager about the wrong charge and their credit company took it off but charge me one more time for the same amount when I had already pay separately. From august 16 I've been trying to contact the manager and he is always busy and says he will call back and that my call is important but I never hear from him ever until I call him again just to tell me the same thing, " he will call back" today I told him I will take different set of actions if I didn't get help and tell me till today that is not showing for them and that I should dispute the charge with my bank. Unproffesional and terrible management.
