I walked in with no appointment and was immediately called back for my test. Juanita was the Phlebotomist that assisted me and she was warm and welcoming.

I don’t know which was most disappointing. A lab tech who is rude and dismissive, an absurdly long wait for Covid test results (7 to 10 days), or an online system that will schedule an appointment without orders for the test. I still don’t understand that last one. An appointment system emailed and identified the test I requested at least three times, but never mentioned the lack of orders. Thank God there are other labs who will be glad to help me with this test. I will never use Quest Diagnostics again.

Oh my God! The black old woman with a borehead. Please do not go there! She is very rude and a chronic racist. Sad I didn’t know her name because I wasn’t interested. She wear glasses so you can’t miss her, she has no hair. Actually her name is (Laura Purham) she’s mean and rude. She was even asking me what job or field of getting? I’m not surprise when I had my result diluted. Never heard of that in my life. I am going to report her to an authority so that they can investigate what she did to my test….

Took my daughter in for her first blood draw at 2 years old. I was sure it was gonna be a nightmare. Glad to say i was wrong. Donna was her phlebotomist and she did amazing! She was patient kind and quick. I am so grateful.

Monica and Donna and the ladies up here are the best! Always greeted with a smile no matter how busy they are! Definitely worth coming to see them!

My children (11 and 4) had their first blood draw today and were very nervous. The nurse was wonderful and so patient! She clearly explained what she needed to do and even though my youngest was losing his mind, she remained calm and we all survived! Highly recommend. We also had an appointment and got in and out quickly.

I made n appointment 5 days ahead and when I arrived although I was on time, it took me a few minutes to realize that ‘Reserved’ parking spots were for anyone. I parked and checked in but didn’t have my confirmation code so I knocked on the glass window. No one came to the window so I had to wait 6 minutes until someone’s name was called. At that time I mentioned to the woman that I had an appointment. She left and returned a few minutes later to tell me that my name was bumped down b/c I wasn’t present when my name was called. She said I’d be next. Came out and called someone else then said I’d be next again. Came out and called me but another lady said it was her turn so she said I’d be next yet again. At that point I had been waiting almost 45 minutes so I left. I think it’s safe to say I won’t be returning to this place again for anything

I've been here before. Wasn't a pleasurable experience but I didn't have any issues. Staff is just rude. Visited again recently and the new lady was even more rude. I thought it was nothing. She told me my copay was really high. I had cash but she requested a card which was ok. She began talking to me like I didn't know what was going on. She never asked for insurance. I thought this was normal bc I had just been there less than 2 months before. She was so nasty, I chopped it up to the stigma of the testing I was getting done. But no come to find out she never brought up the insurance bc her racist a*** assumed I didn't have any! I'm on the phone with customer service right now!

I went with my daughter 19 month all this morning . The lady was unable to read the lab test instructions from my doctor daughter . I spend one hour wating for her to help me . If I was the patience I can wait all day but not with a baby.They should me more considerate. I forgot to ask for the name of the lady to write it here . They need to hire more competente people .
