Best medical lab in Richmond, Texas (TX) 2024

Deserves zero stars!! Front desk clerk looks unhappy to be at work, very unapproachable!! They moving slow as hell with no care in the world, while there’s 10 people waiting in the lobby. Every Labcorp I have been too has been the same customer service, slow and rude!! Where do they hire these people??? Ridiculous that I have enough time to write a review while I’m waiting to be seen. I can hear them in the back laughing and joking around while people are waiting for service. Next time a job tries to send me to a Lab Corp I will prefer to pay out of pocket at the urgent care across the street from me!! Never again!! ~linda

I walked in with no appointment and was immediately called back for my test. Juanita was the Phlebotomist that assisted me and she was warm and welcoming. ~Lexy
