Deserves zero stars!! Front desk clerk looks unhappy to be at work, very unapproachable!! They moving slow as hell with no care in the world, while there’s 10 people waiting in the lobby. Every Labcorp I have been too has been the same customer service, slow and rude!! Where do they hire these people??? Ridiculous that I have enough time to write a review while I’m waiting to be seen. I can hear them in the back laughing and joking around while people are waiting for service. Next time a job tries to send me to a Lab Corp I will prefer to pay out of pocket at the urgent care across the street from me!! Never again!!

I scheduled an appointment checked in early and waited 50 minutes outside in my car like your system told me to. Then I went in to see why I wasn't called into the office to be told the system was down. I was also asked why did I show up late with proof I checked in early. Plus when I walked in no one was at the front desk and nobody else was waiting. Very unprofessional never going back or recommending this place.

Did online appointment. Scheduled for 10:30am, arrived at 10:20am. Was called at 10:35am. To pay and then waited in another room for lab tech. There appeared to be only one person. All went well the lady was professional and pleasant

I have never been treated with such disrespect as I have today. The two ladies in the lab were very rude and had no will to help me. They refused to allow me to do my pre employment drug screen because another patient was unable to go so I had to wait until she went before they would even test me. I waited 45 minutes telling them that I needed to go badly and they still refused me. Both of the ladies gave me big attitude when I asked how much longer it was going to be because I couldn’t hold it anymore. Needless to say I had to leave before I wet my self.

Lab technician had significant difficulty understanding the lab orders and kept telling us we needed to go somewhere else to have one of the tests done, however, the test she was talking about was not even on the lab orders. She did not understand this even though we explained it several times and pointed it out on the order. She was also unable to find a vein on my young child's arm and someone else had to draw from the other arm. They were not very sympathetic to my distressed child, and it was a horrible experience. The location is very convenient, but we will not return.

How do you get a specimen lost with the protocols you have to follow. Highest level of incompetence. My wive handed over a specimen to the lady and was worried about where the lady dropped it. She asked if it was ok over there, the lady responded yes. A week later, the doctor's office called us informing us the lab couldn't find the specimen.

Waited for over an hour and I had an appointment! Too bad they just let walk-ins come in and go in front of you. Staff NOT POLITE! Not my fault she is over worked. Thermostat was set to 85 degrees. And only 4 people can be in the waiting room at a time. There were 8 people waiting and 2 of them had children with them. No excuss for this poor service. People have to get back to work. They don't have time to sit around, sweeting at labcorp just so they can piss in a cup.

I've gone to this location various times for my own bloodwork, and always had a great experience! I like now that they have a automated check-in system from my previous visit, it was fast and user-friendly. The last visit to this location was on Friday and it was for my 4 year old son, who had a horrible experience at another facility last year, therefore I remembered that I never had issues with this Labcorp location, and both women that had drown my blood here in different occasions throughout the last couple years were amazing, and I wanted that experience for my son. For starters Ms Spencer was so helpful, she went above and beyond to help get the correct codes for the testing because the doctor office made an error and made the order for Quest and not Labcorp. There were no other clients at the time so she had the time to make the calls, she was so understanding and compassionate with my son. I explained that my son's last experience at another place was really bad and Ms Spencer and another woman that worked there (sorry didn't ask her name) were extremely patient and caring with my son, even when he threw a fit and started screaming and crying when it finally sunk in what was going to happen. They were amazing!! Ms Spencer was awesome throughout the whole time! And even when she finished drawing the blood and we asked my son if it hurt, he said no, so it was more the scare from last time but I think this experience helped him to maybe stay calm in the future. I will definitely continue to come to this location for myself and for my son! Thank you Ms Spencer for being so amazing to us!!
