I am currently sitting in Rite Aid drive thru. Yes, it’s Memorial Day and right now it is about 9:54 am and I pulled up at 9:46 am. I’ve been waiting and pressing the call button and the guy back there is just ignoring me. He finally came up and says yes give me a min we open up at 10am which is different from their posted hours. They don’t have holiday hours posted. But yet I’m still being made to wait. This is crazy. The guy is just literally standing there doing absolutely nothing. UPDATE: I sat here for almost 20mins for him to tell me my meds are not ready and to come back in an hour. 🤦🏽♀️ P.S he did not come back to the window until 10:02. I know it’s only 2mins but he already knew I was waiting.

Place is horrible. Workers are slow & lack customer service. Even the people in the pharmacy move as if they don’t know what they are doing. Pharmacy is disorganized & getting a vaccine shot takes a second to do, but when you make you appointment at rite aid on chi Ave, you have to clear your schedule for the day. Smh

Had appointment for booster shot scheduled for 11:40. I waited. I went to counter and asked when I to be seen. Finally at 12:15 the pharmacist called me and received my booster.

I called in a prescription with no refills. They tell you that they will contact the doctor’s office on the next business day. Twice I called it in, and twice it was never filled. I called rite aid to see if they ever contacted my doctor and she said “I’ll call it in for you”. I asked again if they contacted my doctor because I was going to call tomorrow and complain. Well, what do you know? Oh we’re just hearing from the doctor now. Unbelievable - meds are for my blood pressure! Now I’ll have to check up and make sure they’re doing their job! Update on 10/22. I called again tonight after not hearing anything. They said the doctor denied because I need to make an appointment. She said you’re supposed to get a call but they are backed up or blah blah. So if the original employee was telling the truth about hearing from the doctor at the last minute I would have known that. Now 2 weeks without my medication.

I dont get prescriptions here, but I do spend alot in essential oils and happily find great sales on them. God knows a good essential oil isn't cheap so the sales help alot. Like buy one get one free, or half off. Just wish they kept more lavander and EUCALYPTUS in stock.

I’m speaking on behalf of my mother. Today she popped into rite aid to grab some recovery supplies for me as I had surgery today. When she went to be ringed up at the register, the associate working had his mask pulled down below his nose. This reduces the efficacy of masks. My mother and father are both high risk and obviously middle aged. When my mother asked him to raise his mask, he told her “not to believe the media”. And this man is seriously working in a pharmacy? It’s sad because we live in the area and have come to this rite aid since it’s the most convenient. Unfortunately it will no longer be an option for our family, or anyone who takes Coronavirus seriously. Just because you don’t know someone who’s died from it, doesn’t mean it’s fake. So insensitive.

Several times when I came ten minutes before close. They were not open. That means they are closing ten minutes before the store hours. Sometimes when I would go in other times, the service was poor. There is one nice Black young lady, my Wife also says she has great service. Please coach those other employees.

Rude and discrimination , as I have appointment for the vaccine, my appointment is the first one in the evening which 7:15 pm , I was there 7 pm , when I walk in to the little table for sign in , the girl at the register said no more shot ! I was like …I told her I have appointment here at 7:15 pm , then she said she will check at the back and came back out to tell me sign the form . She was not friendly , she have her straight face no smile or nothing , then another men came in while she went back to check ,she also gave him a paper to fill out , then she said to us seat at the waiting area , and there have 3 people after us , the first went on is the guy after me , and keep calling the people after me , I am the last one they call me in for shot ! I like some one tell me why I went there first and first appointment in the evening , why I became last one ☝️ when I get the second shot , I will ask the manager why ? Because I am Asian ?

Never send your prescriptions here. First came to pick them up was told they wouldn't be in till the next day at noon. I showed up at 2:30 and was told they still weren't in come back at 5:30. Went through the drive thru this time, the one prescription was in. the other I was told oh, that's over the counter you have to come in for that one. Are you kidding me

Absolutely horrible worst customer service you can imagine. They never notify when prescriptions are ready. Not like medicine might be needed in timely manner or anything. I live about a minute from there I will rather drive to Aston location than to ever have to come here again! Everyone is nasty and rude. You ask a question about and Rx and they either say “i don’t know.” Or get rude! I can’t believe these people really still have a job!
