Excellent service. I needed a battery for my riding lawn mower. I took the old one in. The young man met me at the door. Checked the battery, it needed replaced. Then he carried the new battery to my car. A battery is heavy for me to carry. I was impressed. Polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Quick stop shop for any batteries + they do cell phone repairs and many other things. I primarily go in for batteries for my work and this place is the absolute best, knowledgeable staff and well priced products. Definitely recommended .... They also open business accounts which offer further discounts.

This is the third time and most dramatic that we have been not only helped by saved us more than $100 by going to this company for repairs and assistance. We had a cellphone that wouldn’t hold a charge because the cord would not stay plugged into it and after paying for a new battery at apple in Lancaster, all they had to do was clean the connection for $10. Then we paid a company $75 to come to our house to install a new key fob for the car because we were told it had to be programmed and this company charged us $12 for a new battery and made sure the signal was good and it worked immediately! They’ve got all our business for good!

Visited the Camp Hill Store late this afternoon for a cell phone battery replacement. ALL staff were cordial and pleasant. JJ waited on us and was courteous and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing! Highly recommend this store!

Awesome customer service and fair prices. My iPhone screen/camera were destroyed and both were repaired in an hour. They were running a discount that drove the cost down even further. This has been the best customer experience I have had in a long time.

Ordering online was easy. Appointment was set immediately upon purchase. The young man who installed the battery was polite and efficient. He seemed to really care about what he was doing.

Very disappointing. Ordered fobs for both my vehicles. One was in, the other had to be ordered. When they programmed the first one, I had to bring it back in because it wasn’t working right. I waited almost two weeks for them to call me about the second one and when I didn’t hear anything, I called them. The first time I called, the person was supposed to check on it and call me back. No call back. The next time I called, they told me it had been in for a few days. No explanation for why no one bothered to get back to me. I now have to wait to pick up the second fob until their tech is in, which won’t be until next week. I can’t wait to see what kind of issues they’re going to have next!!! UPDATE: it has now been over a month and I STILL don’t have one of my fobs. I called before I went on vacation, and was told it had supposedly been received but they wanted to confirm it was the right one and call me right back. Shock of all shock, no call back until a couple days later when I was out of town. Went in when I got back and was told it was the wrong one(even though I ordered it from their website) and they would have to order another one. That was over a week ago, and when I checked the other day it was still not in.

I have always received good service there. I love that they replace watch batteries and they sell some unique but very helpful items. Prices are very reasonable and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. I'm there frequently and have found that they are honest -- they don't feed you a line to get your money; they tell you the truth to earn your trust and it has worked for me!
