Same day delivery; waited all day and the driver failed to deliver 7 items of my order. Called customer service was advised to call the store and of course no one answered the phone at 10 because the store was "closed" when they are suppose to be open until 11pm. Called customer service back and they issued a refund which will take 7-10 businees days to process. Meaning i now need to spend double for the "same day items" i didnt receive. Not to mention call back in a few days to make sure the driver does not receive his tip. Not worth the hassle.

Early AM is the perfect time to go. Shelves were stocked, employees were friendly and helpful and there was no wait to check out. Beats fighting all the afternoon/evening crowds.

Photo department says it’s open, but no worker around. I finally saw a worker and asked her about the photo department and she said it’s closed. Then she says only one person knows how to work the machines and she is on lunch. And that she can’t pull her to the photo department after lunch.

Tried to simply exchange the color of some towels I was given for a house warming gift and was rudely told that without a receipt I could not. I explained that I did not want money refunded or store credit, merely a different color. No dice. I will never return. Bad rude customer service

No employees around , we needed something from the make up aisle rang the bell and I ended up waiting for 10 min to get someone. Overall they greeted us on our way out.

False advertising: Clearance isle with large yellow signs saying CLEARANCE 20 packages of childrens bedsheets on sale All marked with yellow sticker on bedsheet package itself saying clearance $. But when I get to the register the price is Full price not on sale cashier won’t give me the sale price so I ask for a manager I go to the customer service desk manager says nope not on sale I say the sticker says clearance he won’t budge very rude pulls the sticker off and then walks away. I’ll never shop there again.

The Auto Center took such good care of me! Staff was kind, & knowledgeable. Got my battery terminals replaced & headlights restored... FOR CHEAP! Walked out spending less than $50 and my car runs & looks much better.

The store and staff were fine, but there are only four regular checkout lines and none of them were opened. I don't want to check myself out when I have over $200 of items. Seriously, pay an employee or pay me if I'm going to have to do the work.

Most carts work, haven’t gotten COVID here yet, inventory is pretty good and the self checkout kiosk are fun/fast
