They opened 25 minutes after they said they would. Then their machine took a chunk out of my tire..

We got the ultimate wash, expected tire shine, but no shine at all. Just regular wash, tires and wheels did not get any special cleaning/product.

Didn't wipe my car properly after the wash so it had water (or soap) spots all over..and I bought the most expensive car wash package (the works).

Facility is very outdated and cannot clean your car at all. The only drying option is manual wiping and you have to pay the tips. And this place is also cash only. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Signed up their monthly premium plan for the winter time. Good for the price except for 1. I can't visually confirm if there is undercarriage wash which is the reason why I signed up for the winter time; 2. Not sure about the wheel cleaner, my wheels look the same before and after the whole process.

My car was dirtier after this car wash than before it. I spent half an hour afterwards wiping down the dirt and soap scum left on my car. Paid for the works, no one touched my tires. I was the only car there, they weren't busy. Literally just flushed money down the toilet.

I went to this carwash because they were listed as brushless. As I was waiting in line, I noticed the employee using a brush like that used in the do it yourself carwash to prewash the cars. Then I looked into the tunnel and noticed that the big “mop” (not sure that is what they are called — was filthy. At that point, I figured I would do it once since we were already in line. I got to the front of the line and was told that my tires were too big (!!). My tires are the stock tires put on a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT— the car is only a few months old! I then had to back out of their very narrow lane. The guy was cranky about it as if it was my fault! I guess it was a good thing the tires were “too big”.

It's a good car wash. If it's your first time it can be a little intimidating. Staff removes antennas and reattaches after and hand dries any remaining water. No damage to vehicle either. Only criticism is that staff is a little aggressive with ordering how your vehicle rides in the track. That part could be more pleasant, but overall a good experience.

Local car wash was quick and easy. With a discount coupon I got on their website, I paid $10 for the Works car wash. Did a pretty good job at it, esp. since I hadn't had my car washed for some time since it's been raining practically every few days. I don't necessarily like the machine car washes on my new vehicle, but I cant see spending 45 minutes hand washing in the heat if it might rain in a few days. So this was the perfect solution.
