You can't even park or drive through the parking lot safely. There's people constantly racing each other or flying around the lot, almost every space available is taken by people just hanging around their cars and there's like 6 people in the store actually shopping. I used to come here multiple times a week. Now I can only stomach it once a week. The store itself is good, the employees are great, something needs to be done about the loitering.

Your food has given me food poisoning twice this week, the first time I thought it was just a stomach ache but I ate it again last night and I had the same symptoms. My friend also ate your hot foods and violently threw up for hours. Somethings wrong, check it out.

Excellent service and delicious food every time. If your new to it I promise you that Sheetz never disappoints! I also love the fact that the interior of the convenience store is never dirty. You won’t find any other gas station in the nation quite like Sheetz!

I first got the Hometyle Chicken Sandwich in New Stanton. It was excellent. The next four sandwiches over four different Sheetz deteriorated rapidly over the next few weeks to the point that the one today in Cranberry was so bad -- i wouldn't even compare it to low grade dog food. The edges were like cardboard and the middle was like rubber. Devoid of taste - i threw half of it out. I guess I'll go the extra couple miles to Chic-fil-A for a Chicken Sandwich next time. Just awful!

Today I pulled into Sheetz as I had a flat tire. Before I could even pull up to the air pump, an employee named James who was doing other work at the time, could see I had a flat and went immediately to the air pump to help me. He put the air in my tire and gave some suggestions. People like James that offer help on their own will make amazing employees that give great customer service.

I work 2 miles away and grab lunch here once a week or so. Ordering and paying online is very convenient. After I place my order, I immediately go to my car, drive to Sheetz, walk in the door, and my order is ready and waiting for me. They're so fast, I don't know how they do it!

Went in to get lunch today and the service was pretty disappointing. All I ordered were chicken tenders and fries, stood there for about 20 minutes and noticed that people who put in their orders way after me were getting their food already. I went up to ask what was going on and they had made my food and basically forgot to get it ready and call my number. I would've just been standing there forever had I not asked. Also gave me barbecue sauce when I had ordered buffalo. Pretty lame experience
