I have watched the post lady throw my packages on my porch twice, again throw on ring video and cram a package in my mail box. I live on Furman Road. I never did anything to her, why is she throwing my stuff? She needs to stop.

Like many 'small town' post offices, I find you get what you give. I regularly drop off prepaid shipments here, and find the staff helpful and friendly. I normally say something like "This is ready to go, I don't need a receipt" when dropping it, and the staff seems palpably grateful. More importantly, my stuff is -always- scanned in and tracked promptly even though I 'leave it on the counter' versus waiting in line to get it scanned. While dropping off, I often hear unreasonable customers abusing the staff, and feel bad for that. A smile and a 'thank you' goes a long way, folks. I've dealt with bigger 'suburban' post offices where the staff truly had a 'to hell with you' attitude, and this is not that.

Had a large envelope stuffed into my mailbox that clearly had a RED stamp on it DO NOT BEND. If the driver didn't want to deliver it to my door she could have put a note telling me to pick up envelope at post office. The item inside was totally creased multiple places and it should have been a smooth print but no it's ruined.

Not my local post office, but close enough that we use it once in a while. Couldn't get through to my local post office (waste of time calling - they don't answer) so I called Dillsburg. Dan who answered the phone was great - extremely helpful and simply nice. Made for a much better experience!

The line can be long during busy times, but the service has always been good for someone like me that just comes to ship out packages. The people are friendly too, especially Kandy!

USPS has the worst customer service ever! Why do I want to listen to all the options when all I want to know is will my mail be picked up? It wasn't picked up yesterday. And then when you do get the options to talk to an agent, the wait time is 30 minutes. Ridiculous!

Have had items that have been given from UPS sure post and transferred to Dillsburg because it's a rural region. HALF of them don't make it to us. We have to cancel orders, ask for refunds. It's so sad. My daughters dance recital is three days away, and here we are with no ballet tights. Why? Stuck at the post office...for three weeks!

Poor customer service and now even worse because they switched from a local phone number to a 1800 number that dead end loops you. I just wanted my package that is supposed to be delivered God only knows when since it has been sitting there since yesterday morning and my mail didn't come till 5pm

pathetic, "out for delivery" on a saturday means youll get it on monday or tuesday. ive had to stop the mail man because ive revived mail that day, and DIDNT receive the small yellow envelope he was holding, HOW DO YOU MISS THAT. the ppl are horrible there with horrible attitudes, and the delivery is ridiculous. dont count on your mail being delivered on time, it never is. And dont call, dont ever call, because they wont pick up. Im trying to call them right now, ive called 5 times, and it just rings and rings and rings, about 30-40 rings before is says this customer is not available
