The salon was clean and that is an important requirement for me when receiving personal services. I appreciated that the tools used for had undergone an autoclave process and were individually wrapped, that the pedicure tools were single use, and that the pedicure bowl had a disposable liner. The technician was polite and I was happy with the end results. The salon was recommended by a family member, and I am very likely to return. Services: Manicure, Pedicure

I had a full set with gel dip powder. the girl that did it, was not very good and even got annoyed with me. it’s my nails and i want to be satisfied. She filed way too much and cut four different fingers filing my skin more than my nails. it hurts. I told her a couple of the fingers were not even and the lady next to her asked to see and told her also. i have had full sets before and never experienced this. all said and done, both thumbs/pointer and middle fingers feel tight and hurt. It shouldn’t feel like i have anything on my nails or tightness/hurt. both ring and pinky don’t feel like the rest. i’m hoping i don’t have to go back and remove these or get the cuts infected. $45 and all but four nails don’t hurt. The fact that she was annoyed with me speaking up about my nails and filing skin and nails so much??? i am not happy and hope i really don’t have to get them removed because they are tight. feel like no one cared and everyone could see that i was not happy but ignored it. i’m not sure that i will go back again. I wish I could leave a zero star… Won’t be going back to this place. I went there a few weeks ago for a manni pedi. I had to wait 35 min to be seen. Even though I had made an appt. So now it’s under the 1 hour window before they close and they want to get out of there on time. So…. One woman gets started on my pedicure and another comes over to start on my nails while I’m in the pedicure seat. Umm what? So I had to reach over to my left side the entire time to get my nails done. I’m paying $65+ for this treatment? I was leaving for vacation the next day so no choice but to get this done. Pedicure was eh…and the gel manicure didn’t last more than 8 days. They sent me a coupon so I thought I’d give them another try. So I went back today for a gel Manicure. The woman was so distracted…. Between answering the phone and having to get up to check someone out. My manicure is below average. I have polish AROUND a couple of my nails and one nail is totally uneven. If I didn’t have to go back to work I would have said something. I left a $hitty tip and still mad at myself for even doing that. Definitely won’t be going back. Services: Gel manicures, Pedicure
