I went into this store on 08/29 at 12pm to order 2 frutella bowls. I thought they blended the acai fresh but it was pre made and frozen in a tray. The lady at the counter struggled to scoop up the frozen acai to put in my to-go container. My order barely came with acai and had mostly granola and berries. I wasted $20!!! I’m never coming back!!!

*THEY ARE NOT OPEN UNTIL 8 ON SUNDAY* Online it says they are open until 8, one of the few, so we drove 15 minutes for it. The door sadly said 6pm they close on Sunday. Luckily, we were there at 5:50 and both of us knew what salads we wanted. Instead, we were told “they were closed and would not make the salads.” While we sat there trying to find food, four more cars drove up and people walked in. The door wasn’t locked, two employees were inside and no lights were off. If the kitchen closes before the store, update both the site and the door so the information is accurate for customers.

Wow just had my first salad from here...vegetarian for 20 years. Thrilled they had so many vegetarian protein options. Delicious salad and very kind staff. Can't wait to get another salad!!

They served me a "wrap" that wasn't even edible and it's current state. I can't believe I had to ask them to re-wrap it. Afterwards it was tiny like the size of a half dollar. I got a soup it was cold, like actually cold survey in some plastic cup that's not the soup container. This location is consistently terrible.

Love this place. Nice selection of salads. Healthy eating. Beats having burgers all the time and helping myself possibly get a heart attack. I recommend this place and will go again and again and.... Yep you guessed it, again 👍😊

Waited for over 20 minutes for 3 items. They have no backups so I had to wait longer for them to make the base for their bowls. Bowls are SO small it’s not even worth it. Only put 1-2 scoops of base in them. Containers have old fruit that doesn’t look edible. Stood there for 5 minutes after paying because no one could take the panini off the press. Staff could have been friendlier. Used to love coming here before they switched over, not the same.

Don’t waste your time or money here, most inconsistent location, and never get your order correct, low quality ingredients, with lack of attention to detail in preparation, most recent experience consisted of totally watered down broccoli soup, no thickness and no flavor, like they didn’t want to heat any more up so just stretched it out with water. No roll given with salad when asked for one, half rotted lettuce, and everything all wet due to just putting black olives on the salad without straining the juice off . I will never return to this location anymore .

if you are expecting your entire order, do not order from here for delivery. I ordered 2 pick 2 items (salad and soup and salad and half sandwich). I got a salad and half sandwich and an attempt at a BLT (mainly shredded lettuce with couple chunks of tomato and bacon).. $11.99 + 12.99 + $5 delivery + $5 tip, + tax. = $38.00. I called to ask where the rest of my order was. I was told sorry we use 3rd party delivery and they were suppose to call or text you to let you know that we are out of soup and didn't have the Avocado sandwich. I didn't order through 3rd party. Doordash does not prepare or sell the food. I ordered through your restaurant. It's your job to notify the customer that you don't have items.
