Willing to help the best they can and if something happens, they will try to fix it. I had my tires rotated, and needed a tire looked at for a leak, and the next day had a flat. Brought it back, and the mechanic personally took my truck back to figure out what was leaking and what he missed. Very good service.

I went in to this place to fix a noise in my car after going over a curb that same day. they said they were able to fix the issue however when I got my car back they were more interested in selling me tires and other tactics to pull money then the real problem I drove down the road and I still heard the noise the owner said he would get in the car to test drive but instead brought out 3 questionable mechanics to try an convince me the noise was normal at this point he already had the money and no interest to rectify the problem but instead sent his employees to gaslight me 3 days later my check engine light came on and already gave these thieves $510.00

Upon my visit to Kost Tire in Exeter, PA, I was greeted by a Manager named Mike. I needed last minute repairs done on my car and was taken care of with utmost courtesy. I had checked around for prices on my repairs and had been putting it off. My quote at Kost was actually less than any that I had received from previous inquiries. It really seemed the guys go out of their way to serve their customers with care and in a timely fashion. Hopefully my car won’t need any repairs anytime soon, but when it does, I’ll be stopping into Kost tire. Thanks, again.

Mike was extremely helpful. He was able to get me pointed in the direct regarding a new set of tires, and worked with me on getting them in and installed. I will not go anywhere else, from now on. Very very pleased with the value, service and overall experience.

excellent service. i took my son's blazer in for what i thought was going to be a new alternator, they tested everything and found the problem to be the battery terminal was loose. could have easily told me to replace alternator . Instead they were honest, dont see much of that these days. Rick , Bob and the guys there have earned my business.
